Happy Halloween!

  1. Tom says:

I completely disagree with the message but it is still very funny!

  2. Hmeyers says:

I’m paying the $95 “didn’t buy healthcare” penalty in 2014.

Peace of mind = $95 bucks!

    • Z says:

$95 or 1% whichever is HIGHER. Hope you don’t make much….
“The fee in 2014 is 1% of your yearly income or $95 per person for the year, whichever is higher. The fee increases every year. In 2016 it is 2.5% of income or $695 per person, whichever is higher.”

    • MikeN says:

Just calculate your taxes properly, the $95 is deducted from your refund, otherwise they can’t collect it.

I’m working on some other options so you don’t get assessed either. I think there’s some big loopholes that haven’t been noticed yet, that can be exploited by friendly states. Where do you live?

    • Dallas says:

You’re probably already getting free taxpayer healthcare via Medicare or Medicaid (likely).

You bragging about looking forward to be a societal burden freeloader is all for show

  3. Neo-Bobbo says:

    Plonk. Pure plonk.

  4. Tim says:

“Ohhhh; Let me get my pen.”

    • Tim says:

“Ahhhh. That wasn’t that bad. The new website is rather addictive, after you get into it. The secret is it’s a video game. All you have to do right is give them so many correct characters of your information at just the right time {it’s kind of a platformer} to trigger advance to the next level with reward of more and more graphical magical wonders to soak in.”

“Whatever. I’ve got to go next door and see if Henry’s in — Back in ten” …………………………………………………………………………

      …………….”Boo!”

      “Don’t you ever knock??”

“Umm, well, I……. Say, what’s it up to there?”

      “I’m level 17 already!”

      “Word”

“It’s the one where the spinny-spiral lines under every rock is supposed to hypnotize you — Lol.”

      “What?”

      • Tim says:

“I mean, it’s scary at first as they play dubious noises and have flashy lights and darkness. You wonder how many people die from the heeby-geebies’ accidentally frying you with the tickle-me-satan cattle prod and you never get to ask a friend what they saw or thought because we’re all bustled along in a linear fashion.

Yet, things get much more jovial as the morose and the gross, the maudlin and the melancholy yeild to light acceptance and flirtatious boldness to a finally stumble into asking the succubus behind the mask out on a date. That is, once one recognizes the zippers on the spooks

  5. Dallas says:

Cute, but it would be better if it was only 30 seconds long – more in line with the attention span of the sheeple.

    • ± says:

You especially but others here also define high irony when you invoke the word “sheeple” to label others, when come next national election you’ll help to re-hire R/Ds.

      • Dallas says:

Sheeple like you don’t contribute anything. My comment was a clear and accurate observation of the topic posted.

You, on the other hand, resort to name calling and contribute nothing to the topic.

You are a sheeple, a useless one.

  6. AdmFubar says:

you can opt-out at the tea-liban.org as well…

    Q. soooo how is this different then signing up with corporate amerika insurance?

    A. It isnt…

  7. bobbo, we think words, and flower with movie references says:

“Koch Front Group Catfishes Millennials With Misleading Social Media Campaign …..” /// I like “catfish” joining the lexicon. Nice word.

    RICH = EVIL.

Inherited RICH. Bought Congress to Stay RICH. Denies AGW to get even RICHer.

Q======Why do RICH oiled up Krotch Bros care so much that poor, young, and old folks DON’T GET healthcare?

A======Pay Attention. What is it about RICH = EVIL do you not understand?

Ha, ha. I’m waiting for the book to connect the dots between RICH = Paid off the Supremes for such an activist dubious precedent shattering change in our Constitutional Rights.

    “♫….and I’ll keep waiting, waiting, waiting……”

    • MikeN says:

      >care so much that poor, young, and old folks DON’T GET healthcare?

Says the guy who doesn’t buy health insurance.
Having these people not buy health insurance is a great way to bankrupt the insurance companies? Why does Bobbo care so much about helping the insurance companies make money?

    • MikeN says:

No RICH does not equal EVIL, or CRIMINAL, or whatever term you have for the moment. RICH is alternatively defined as those making more than you. Others will include you in the RICH, and for Obama America is the 1% and the rest of the world is the 99% to whom he would redistribute the wealth.

    • MikeN says:

      >Why do RICH oiled up Krotch Bros care so much that poor, young, and old folks DON’T GET healthcare?

      It’s really simple. Because ObamaCare=CRAP.
      You know it’s true.

  8. MikeN says:

Turns out the SNL Obama Halloween skit wasn’t lame but prescient.

“I have nothing to hide,” Obama said, “I enjoy being myself. I’m not going to change who I am just because it’s Halloween.”

  9. MikeN says:

If Obama weren’t so petty, he would get Mitt Romney to fix his website.

Then the real problems would be revealed.

  10. Harry says:

I am retired and I covered by my former employer, next year I will be 65 and on medicare plus supplemental insurance through my former employer. I also have dental. This is the result of having a union and working at the same job for 37 years.

    • bobbo, healthcare for all--the kind of little thing that ripples its benefits throughout society in many unforeseen ways says:

How do you think the healthcare system should be structured for the USA then?

  11. bobbo, healthcare for all--the kind of little thing that ripples its benefits throughout society in many unforeseen ways says:

    Lets see………………………Lyin Mikey……………………..anything “new.”

    No………same crap.

When crap calcifies, there are no new ideas.

    The nullity has been achieved.

  12. Silenus says:

The people the affordable health care act helps most are the working poor, who mostly vote Democrat. Affordable health care will extend their life spans between 10 to 30 years, depending on the demographic. That is a Republican nightmare.

The idea that young people don’t need health care is bunk. Young people have health issues often enough to make it important that they are insured just like they need to have car insurance even if they have better reflexes and vision than seniors.

    • MikeN says:

So why don’t Democrats ban abortion then? Get 50 years off of a 90% voting bloc.

  13. Tim says:

Bad, mean, black-hat-to-the-max, liberal hackers are going to use the purloined sheeple data off the healthcare exchanges to streamline their hobby organ-harvesting business.

    Be afraid, type B-.

    • bobbo, healthcare for all--the kind of little thing that ripples its benefits throughout society in many unforeseen ways says:

But Tim: that would be illegal.

  14. MikeN says:

    >On the stump, the President regularly tells Americans, ‘if you like your plan, you can keep your plan.’ But if you read the bill, that just isn’t so.”

Republican Tom Price in Aug 2009. Who was right, and who was wrong?

  15. MikeN says:

The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’
    Ronald Reagan

  16. bobbo, healthcare for all--the kind of little thing that ripples its benefits throughout society in many unforeseen ways says:

I was put in mind of this thread and causation when reading:

Q: How many surrealists does it take to screw in a light bulb?

    A: A fish.

    http://thoughtcatalog.com/christine-stockton/2013/10/50-people-on-the-most-intellectual-joke-i-know/

(((“is it solipsistic in here, or is it just me?”)))

Of interest, and it has a ring of truth to me: the millions losing their “desired” healthcare insurance plans…. its because they fail to meet the minimum standards of “a fair deal to the customers” required by Obamacare. All part of the general for profit fraud and abuse that goes by the way of “free market capitalism.”

Yes–Sebelius if not Obama should have been accurate and not glossy to the point of lying about what the changes would bring.

    Just look.

    • MikeN says:

Yes, Sebelius and Obama should double down and compare this to minimum wage laws. People lost jobs and are still losing jobs to this day because they are not allowed to be paid less than the minimum. This is just like that.

      • bobbo, healthcare for all--the kind of little thing that ripples its benefits throughout society in many unforeseen ways says:

Mickey==there are pros and cons to every position the law takes and P&C’s to the follow on effects. A minimum wage stops a death spiral race to the bottom. The bottom the Pukes are pushing for is slavery or indentured servitude which are only a half step below the market with no minimum wage. Yes Mickey===Pro’s and Con’s.

One anti-poverty program that would be fun to see actually in use is to provide everyone a minimum living wage==either by job directly or by welfare of various sorts. Yes, yes===lots of moochers “but” what are the follow on effects to society in general? Easy one: people not having kiddies in order to have welfare. Another: petty crime reduced. Or not. Its hard to tell when dealing with people.

    • MikeN says:

Bobbo, now you’re having trouble with reading comprehension of liberal talking points?

The dropped coverage is the fault of the insurance companies, not ObamaCare. Dallas is going to be quite cross with you.

      • bobbo, healthcare for all--the kind of little thing that ripples its benefits throughout society in many unforeseen ways says:

Don’t be stupid Mickey. (HAH!!!!!) The ins co are dropping coverage because they don’t meet the minimum requirements of Obamacare. Like having too high first dollar deductibles or cancelling when actually getting sick and needing the policy, aka: fraudulent policies that the unsuspecting public actually “likes” in their ignorance.

Course–young healthy minimum policies holders have to pay more for the Obamacare more robust policies. The greater good over the individual. Its how society works.

Unavoidably…….. how society works. The only debatable issue is: who’s ox gets gored. Like minimum wage for instance: same deal.

        Same as it always is.

        Just look.

    • Tim says:

Ya’ll just get your shit straight, already. I’ve got eyeballs, assholes, lungs, kidneys, prostate or prostate-like substitutes, and something special that looks like a larynx all stacked up everywhere and I need to move it to make room to work on an old Sony amp. What I do not have is dry ice or a valid list of currently ‘participating’ import/export physicians who buy in bulk — grrrr!

    • Tim says:

Those are all good. Most of them are good. More than half of them are good; Anyways, my favorite is still this one —

      #8
A physicist, a mathematician and an engineer were each asked to establish the volume of a red rubber ball.

The physicist immersed the ball in a beaker full of water and measured the volume of the displaced fluid. The mathematician measured the diameter and calculated a triple integral. The engineer looked it up in his Red Rubber Ball Volume Table.

      • bobbo, healthcare for all--the kind of little thing that ripples its benefits throughout society in many unforeseen ways says:

I’ve never read/heard a bad joke that involved an engineer.

Amazing…. when you think about that.

        • Tim says:

          The engineer pee’d and the physicist thought in his wine;

The madman said “Son, are you teed?” you said “Pee? I think, I thunk fine.”

          Lead me to temptation — Emerson, Lake, and Palmer {butchered and parodied by me, just now}

          Hallowed Be Thy Name

set the place, set the time, set the fuse. I like tangents.

        • Tim says:

I’ve heard a few bad engineer jokes these past few years. Well, That is to say, I’ve heard a engineer character make really bad dialog {if it’s more funny ‘haha’ than funny queer, can it still be called a joke??} —

Then again, I’m a mouse and keyboard kind of guy. I’d mock people just as much that used thumbsticks and Halo to put thier nutsacks onto the felled-ones’ face over and over and over again… I dither.

          “….Sorry, kiddo….Your pissing me off…”…”bwlaaaaaahaaaaagrrrhaa…NWO!
          http://youtube.com/watch?v=DMFM3A5ZLlc

    • Tim says:

Just trying to parse the words you wrote caused me to form an image in my brain that I wish was not there will store for later metaphore, simile, and all other little nuances of the clusterfuck we call speech for ever before and hereafter always and from now on and anything which proceeded that or supercedes local laws which probably don’t apply in Malasia, or, if you have a tail, or any derivitive works thereof and stuff, and stuff, and stuff… forthwith, and shit.

  17. MikeN says:

Who knew liberals would ban cheap health care before they succeeded at banning cheap gas?

  18. Travis Shafer says:

Her uniform should have said “ICU”.

  19. Obama is the scariest character in the US history!

  20. MikeN says:

Liberals say single payer is needed to reduce the costs in the system. We should have the government use its buying power to reduce the amount that it pays teachers too. We could save billions.

    • Dallas says:

      U make no sense.

Also, we don’t have a single payer healthcare system. Conservatives wanted the million payer system and got it.
