The something you would have to do involves using architecture to keep school shooters away from their targets. “Gun control” accomplishes nothing beyond making gun & ammo dealers wealthy beyond their wildest dreams. Obama’s agenda is a boon for firearms propagation. Orders can’t get filled fast enough.
An impenetrable airlock, a hallway leading up to a school’s front door, would be the solution here. It is activated during school hours “when children are present” within. In the old days of castles it was called a barbican. Like a roach motel for interlopers.
How many airlocks will be built out front of schools? They cost money, so probably zero. This will be a test of the resolve of parents to protect little Johnny from those bad men with guns. We’ll see if they’re serious about it—or just bullshit.

I planted three (33 / 11) wild plum trees last fall. I’m hoping they are 3 distinct trees, rather than having sprouted from one milf tree. They aren’t self pollinating like my Stella Cherry tree. Earlier this month my friend complained about her plum trees never having fruit, and I told her I’d give her one of mine, once they have formed a thicket.
