Well, another good show. Folks, keep in mind that the show started out because John and Adam talked on the telephone from time to time and decided that their conversations might be of interest to other people. They were right. Some things they are interested in talking about are media and politics, which they put in a lot of time researching, so you don’t have to. Personally, it is of interest to me such things as what happens on the set of a TV show like Dallas, how actresses get hired, and on an unrelated topic; salt.
Thank you Pres Obama for keeping us safe from terrorists during your entire first term.
The people killed and wounded at Fort Hood will be real happy to learn about that.

The military can protect themselves, they have plenty of guns.
Adam, quit pissing on everything out of DC and spend a week, maybe holy week, next week, looking for the little things that some of our people do right for the rest of us.
The “tactical rifle” was a freaking .22 (rim fire) magnum! A great gun for hunting rabbits and my father _brain shot_ more than a few hogs with a .22 but selecting one to stage a murder suicide attack would require a total ignoramus. Get a .223 or a 7.62 X 39! They can put a human down with one solid body hit!
Just over at Fox and they were explaining that DHS buying 6,000 full auto assault rifles, 2,700 armored trucks equipped with machine guns, armored check points, lots of body armor, and all that ammo was normal because DHS had bought almost that much ammo in each of the preceding three years….While that last claim might be true it only raises the question of why DHS is buying more ammo than the US military. I mean, unless they are scrapping it out, they have to have _mountains of ammo_ in warehouses somewhere. I admit I’d need to run the numbers to be sure but this could be as much ammo as we used during WWII!
Every TEOTWAWKI end-time survivalist knows that you can’t have too many:
a) bullets
b) guns
3) MREs
