What? No prison time for assault?

  1. Tom says:

One more dirty policeman. Someone should get even with him.

  2. She should have got an opportunity to do the same. What a tough guy – he probably does the same thing to his wife, kids and dog.

  3. Webitube says:

I’m shocked! Shocked that the cop didn’t claim copyright on the video and a violation of *his* civil rights for being recorded without his permission!

  4. noname says:

Wow, You can see the power of his kick. He really kicked her hard. Yes, she may have lightly smack his leg with her bare feet, but; as the video shows his leg didn’t move from any pain or force, he instead; acted out of unprofessional anger and doesn’t justify in anyway what he did. As, what legal or public purpose did his kick serve?

What’s this bullshit officer bill of right shit the video is talking about. The cop is guilty as hell and I personally think he should go to jail. Another example of how cops are really animals above the law.

  5. msbpodcast says:

Its another example of the shitty job being a cop really is. You have to deal with slime everyday and some of it splashes onto your soul.

He shouldn’t have kicked her in the head like he did, he clearly overpower her in the first place, but he did and there ain’t a god damned thing you can do about it.

As for her? She was a dumb drunken idiot and her lack of control was an annoyance…

They were both in the wrong, and she was more in the wrong than he was.

    • O'Really says:

How is an inebriated women with her hands restrained behind her back “more wrong” than an officer of the law who kicks citizens in the side of the head?

There are already laws that are meant to punish people who resist arrest and assault officers. Police officers are not judge, jury and executioner. If anything, cops should be held to higher standard since they (should be) trained in how to deal with belligerent drunk women who flail in their skirts and bare feet.

As an aside, why is he contesting his termination? Aren’t felons prohibited from carrying, possessing, owning firearms?

    • Ken says:

If you can’t deal with the slime, don’t take the job. It was her right to resist arrest, she was not in the wrong. Depending on what she was being detained and kidnapped for, she may not have been wrong at all, but completely righteous in her attempt to evade the thug in blue.

    • MyShoes says:

What if YOU were handcuffed and a cop kicked YOU in the head like that, would you still feel the same? Would you feel that you deserved that kick to the head?

  6. j c qwerty says:

Well ain’t that a kick in the head!

  7. orchidcup says:

This is his second conviction for assault.

There were two other officers on the scene, neither one appears to be helping out with restraining the drunk.

The officer was not threatened in any way by a handcuffed female sitting on the ground.

He says he was provoked by a barefoot kick. Okay.

He should have stepped back and asked the other officers to restrain her.

A 20-year veteran should know better than to kick a handcuffed person that is sitting on the ground while a video is recording the arrest.

He should have taken a lesson from the Rodney King beating. You are supposed to kick somebody’s ass when you think nobody is recording it.

  8. sheila says:

just another example of the blue gang in action….

  9. SchwettyBalls says:

From one decent human being that happens to be a cop to this. What a fucking winner this guy is. Unfortunately they only caught him on camera once abusing citizens and has escaped prison rape this time.

    • Rick says:

Well hopefully in the future he makes the mistake of attempting to assault an MMA fighter. Those tend to never end well.

  10. The officer innocently lifted his leg for a moment to catch his balance, and the woman took advantage of the opportunity to deliver a brutal head-butt to his foot. The officer showed great restraint and professionalism in not tasing her or beating her with his nightstick. He is a true hero.

    • orchidcup says:

You could be a good defense attorney.

      • That’s a terrible thing to say about me — take it back 😉

      • The Monster's Lawyer says:

I can take his case. I’ve often represented the unfairly accused in cases like this. Your assessment of the situation is actually what occurred and I would suggest that the Peace Officer get his foot checked out at the local hospital. An injury like this may not show up at the time of the incident and may manifest itself as PTSD.

  11. deowll says:

This is his second case. He needs another line of work.

  12. The0ne says:

That was a semi decent kick to the head from a officer to a helpless woman. He could have done better like thrust forward with his leg instead of using the top of his feet. The bottom surely would hurt more, unless his centripetal force from the semi decent kick generated enough force to do more damage. I still vote for the thrust kick at that range, it’s more effective and will certainly do more damage. Using the heel will most likely double the effect.

But then again, this cop sucked balls so he didn’t perform a good kick. He should try his next kick on a kid and see how that fairs. I’m up for watching that video.

  13. Rick says:

And kids, this is why the police fight so hard for anti-videotaping laws!

    • orchidcup says:

I remember when Sony came out with the first mass-marketed personal video cameras in the early 80’s.

Now everyone carries a video camera in their cell phone or smartphone.

Law enforcement also takes advantage of ubiquitous video technology with dash cams and shoulder cams and CCTV.

Security cameras are everywhere in homes and businesses.

Nobody can get away with anything anymore.

  14. Conde says:

Extra Extra!! A Cop kicked a WHITE GIRL IN THE HEAD! News at 11.

  15. Dan says:

“Oh cops are ALL such meanie animals!! Oh terrible bully!!” Get a clue, jackass criminals. Don’t blame the police for YOUR distain for law enforcement. Unless your parents are police. Then police were likely to blame.

For every “Bad cop” there are 100,000 idiots who should not have been drinking, because they did something really f#@king stupid and/or detrimental to someone.

Ah hell I don’t know the whole story, but I can bet anyone, except people like her (drunk idiots) would want to kick her in the head if having to deal with her.
