You do recognize that difference? I doubt JB does but you are closer to Olbermann than Rushbarf and Slanthead in these political matters.
Still, from time to time it is important to note when the point of view of Olberman, Current TV, msnbc, commentators slop over from point of view to bias to outright propaganda. Yes===it does happen, just not a constant diet of such crap as with Faux Spews.
Put it down to any one thing having commonalities with any other thing======but differences as well. The flock of throat cutting sheep supporting Faux Spews and the Republican Party appear to be fully sated with only half of the equation, and in doing so, they are but rabble. Not worth much.

Disney was concerned about their risky investment in the movie so they called up Rupert Murdoch and offered him a few shares to create a bogus controversy in the newstainmnent media and the strategy worked.
What reasonable person would actually be concerned about the political bias of a sock puppet?

As apt as the ‘press conference’ may have been at turning the bias question around, I still cannot watch muppets with wrong sounding voices.
Hmm, let’s see – Family Guy, American Dad and a host of other liberally biased cartoons done by FOX Entertainment, and FOX news picks on the Muppets. I think I’ll just keep ignoring FOX completely. I’d rather be liberal than sick and conflicted.

Since when was a talk show (or for that matter, a blog) ever considered a source of “news“?
I can see the confusion since nearly all formats on Fox and elsewhere feature some kind of talking head (a.k.a. “anchor person”) reading what sounds like news. I can even see the problem when Fox calls their network “Fox News” too. But really. Doesn’t anyone pay attention to the programming?!
I mean, you might see maybe 30 minutes of any actual “news” on any given network. And Fox is really no different when you get right down to it. But I do see the confusion when there are other shows like Good Morning America or that most putrid of all shows – The Today Show – which seem to have news “breaks.”
So could part of the hostility against Fox be due to the fact that the other brain dead networks have simply failed to figure out how to pander to the ignorant masses? With possible exception of CBS News, they all suck! In fact, I’m a little surprised that they all haven’t degraded to broadcasting in clown suits and titty tassels by now. But if they ever do go that way, you can bet Fox will be first!
(And you just know someone has probably seriously considered replacing their news anchor with a cartoon!)
