Funny had to read that 3 times before I got it. Note to self: Remember to turn off brain’s auto correct when looking at images.
How do we know they didn’t mean that? It is fox news and they are smarter than everybody else right….
in soviet russia fire destroy house
“In Soviet Union fire destroys building to make way for glorious new tractor factory…..” – Airplane
Fire imbalanced
I get it! The “home” represents the drug dealer, and the fire represents the life of an addict. An innocent experiment quickly get’s out of hand. The “home” provides “fuel” for the fire until it is blazing “out of control” . But of course a blaze like that is unsustainable even if you are rich and can afford a “mansion”. If the “fire department” doesn’t get to the “home” in time to stop the fire’s “supply”, you run out of “fuel”, and eventually are reduced to pitiful shell of your former self.
Fox is amazing!
That’s why we call it Nox Fews.
Are you saying that the headline in the shot should be reversed slightly and say “Fire Destroys Home“? Not as if the home actually stopped a fire – like a person might do?
OK. Ha Ha… (Must be a slow day today.)
Reminds me of the President
* who said he traveled to no less than 57 States
* mentioned the “English” Embassy in Iran
* lights all the candles on the first day of Hanukkah
* blames unemployment on ATM machines
* flubs the age of his kids
* regifting Michelles’ gifts to world leaders
* waves during a UN group photo shoot and blocks face of the President of Mongolia
* claims Lincoln was the founder of the Republican Party
* keeps promising a jobs bill after his vacations
* And said “There is nothing wrong with this country” — except for that growth thing, and the unemployment thing, and the trillion deficit thing.
Yeah but he made up for all of it with a toast to Queen Elizabeth.
Reminds me of another President who said there were WMD in Iraq and sent 4000 American young men and women to die in the desert for nothing.
And don’t forget the genius that said “Most of our imports come from other countries…” wait… what?
Ok, I know its so much in vogue to take jabs at FOX News… but you do realize that this report is from a Fox affiliate and not the national Fox News channel.
Hey I live in Las Vegas. What happens here is supposed to stay here! Local Fox News takes cues from Fox News Network. Other than mishaps like this, local Fox is actually pretty good.
You’re right, Fox News would be the only ones who could make such a terrible mistake.

Or how about:
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-bYtN3ax8y34/Tle4omrKIvI/AAAAAAAABT4/PxWKo-LfIq0/s1600/CNN%2Bblows%2Bit%2Bon%2BTripoli.jpg
“We Report, You Decide,”
ya everybody makes silly mistakes but when an outfit you don’t care for makes a harmless one that makes them look stupid its kinda fun
It’s not FoxNews! It’s Fox LOCAL news. All they do it report local news…employees are local yokels. If they’re anything like the local Fox news channel here, they can’t get the technical things right, but the reporters are good, and cover the local news as well as the other big corporation local affiliates.
A properly built house will stop a fire. We think that headline is wrong simply because we don’t build properly built houses==even in fricken fire zones.
Recall the yearly fire storm in San Bernadino about 10 years ago?==every million dollar home on the ridge burned to the ground except one very nice house right in the middle of the path? Whats up wid dat? The owner was a foreigner and either an engineer or archetect. He spent about $5000 more to fire proof his house “just in case.”
Our nanny state government needs to get bigger or smaller==whatever size is just right to actually be “smarter” and impose those regulations that save time, money, agony, and families==like fire codes that are known to work.
Silly Hoomans. Houses do stop fires unless you are a dumbsh*t.
In Fox News’s defense, their sheeple don’t read and really just listen for the tag lines.
Fox news. Getting the story pronounced wrong, but at least it’s spelled right.
Me thinks they’re in way too much of a hurry to actually proofread anything they do. Or hire someone who knows english other than Yoda speak. But still, they had the time to reedit the banner a couple of times. Trying to find just the right words to use. And then didn’t notice the grammatical error.
That liberal, commie fire deserved to be destroyed. Give that house an award of valor.
It is not just Fox, it is everywhere.
The from networks to the press to even textbooks more and more errors. I blame the greed in these places.
They don’t want to hire a proofreader and think the computers or some over worked person looking at dozens of documents at a time will catch it.
But they don’t. Just like we need mathematicians to go over our programming code before it goes to release. But they don’t, let the end user sort it out for free why pay a mathematician.
It is plain avarice.
