The guy had dementia. The most likely cause would have been a stroke/Alzheimer’s/blow to the head. The problem is nobody gave a shit about him and called the cops to run him down. This unfortunately can happen to anyone. It is more likely to happen to a senior. Ah those happy golden years.

I’m only going to ax you once not to make fun of other people’s dialects. I eat taters, maters, set on cheers, and know what a chimbly is. I had a heck of time trying to look up what everyone local calls sage grass when it was sedge grass. The locals also call a kind of red clay, used as road fill, chert. I suggest you avoid shine because you might die. First run can be 190 proof. That carries a punch and some of the old timers used radiators with lead solder as condensers. Not good. Of course I still like to eat a little country salt cured ham on occasion and hog jowl once a year with black eyed peas on new years day.

I think there is a terror watch list. I suspect there may be dozens, many of them classified.

I like sticky traps. If poison them, you have to smell them.

Adam, could you make a deal with Bing?

Red winged black birds and starlings can flock by the thousands which means bird poop and dead birds near nesting grounds can be and issue besides spreading disease.

We did a local kill some years back by spraying with a chemical that allowed them to get wet and and die of hypothermia. Please note the problem is only during fall winter.

Reel Foot as in you can’t stand up due to a series of earthquakes some of which were truly massive. There may have been hundreds of 3 or more on the Richter scale over a year or so during the last major fracture of the New Madrid fault. At least at some locations the timing of quacks seemed to be tied to tidal forces which does compute.

Obama made so many speeches I’m surprised he hasn’t lost his voice of course Nancy P. claims she worked hard to balance the budget.

Put the spending limits back to 2008. Cut/freeze the department of homeland security. Sell off the mail. Dump the department of education. The states are supposed to take care of education. Freeze salaries for the military. Take a hard look at NASA.

Odd that John and Adam don’t know Fed law does trump state law as long as the courts agree the Fed law is Constitutional. A lot of states have run into that one.

I do agree that both the state and Fed gov often waste half or more of the money they take in.

    The national curriculum is here.

This is the gummint, never mind that they’re on a terror watch…

OF COURSE THE LISTS ARE CLASSIFIED!!!

Its a good thing that you gave only a vague numerical estimate, instead of 137 of them, otherwise the gummint would send people with earpieces, dark glasses and cheap suits to your door way too early in the morning.

Regarding the tax in Australia and why retailers would lobby for a tax on imported goods rather than trying to eliminate the GST (Goods and Services Tax) here’s my 2 cents.

The GST is a done deal that would be very difficult to reverse but the Australian public are avoiding the tax by importing directly. This has only become a problem with the advent of the Internet which caused an increase in the volume of imports.

I think for retailers it is just an easier battle to win and if they get the tax they’ve evened the playing ground.

By the bye GST does not apply to food (except processed food) thanks to opposition from a third party.

The John Birch Society is alive and well. I think Ron Paul is a Bircher.

If you gathered all the conspiracies…
The odds are more then 1%? 10% are TRUE..

  9. ECA says:

    Wash DC..
The SOAP OPERA OF THE USA, with no good acting or programming, and NOTHING BEING DONE..

  10. ECA says:

    Tax cuts?

Give to the rich and it goes nowhere..

Give to the poor and it goes to BILLS..
And companies raise prices to GET the money.

  11. ECA says:

I think something has gone awry as MOST gov, ASKED for bids on services rendered to it.
City/State/Fed…all asked for the best price with specific requirements to be met.

  12. ECA says:

6,000,000 page investigation and TIME consuming evaluation of a another paper? And in that TIME, could they have RE-CREATED the experiment?
