No, there is no particular reason for posting this. I was just browsing eBay and thought to myself, “How nice.” And also, “Why haven’t I been playing nude chess all these years??” Probably because I’ve not found many opponents who look like that!!!
Anyway, Duchamp’s serious demeanor does not fool me. I know that he is thinking about forking her. The important thing is to milk the position for all it is worth.. even though as the game goes on it will become harder and harder.. to concentrate.
(I do find it interesting that in the position on the board, she does appear to be restraining an advance.) :-)

Richard Brill (#2), your comment reminds me of something related, I think, in Reuben Fine’s Psychology of the Chess Player. Apparently there was a player with a notion that, because of the possibility of foul play, it was not seemly that the King and Queen should be standing next to each other. For this reason, steps such as early castling were considered morally necessary. And the only reason that it was tolerable that the King and Queen should start the game side by side was because the two Bishops were at their side, keeping an eye on things.
No I am not making this up.

Looking at the board they only made a few moves hopefully hes smart enough to get the whipped cream out!
