Har!

Thanks, Mr. Justin

  1. FDR says:

You’re so right. WW2 was financed and run by private industry.

    >> If you cannot see how absurd and insane it is to combat a recession by growing government, then nothing I say will seem reasonable to you.

Bush massively expanded the government and the conservatives cheered him along, the whole way.

Obama is jump-starting the economy. Don’t confuse that with growing the government.

Fixing a bridge so it doesn’t fall down is not expanding government. Stopping cops from getting laid off is not expanding government. Keeping our schools open is not. Stopping the banks from collapsing is not.

However, creating a MAMMOTH intelligence wing of the government is. And you conservative dug that.

  3. Father says:

Palin would never run for Senate, she’s smart enough to know she would have to power in that body.

The TP leaders lust, LUST I TELL YOU, for attention and more attention. They are all about feeding their bruised egos, bruised by people who doubted them earlier in life. They seek the recognition, and love, they never sufficiently found before the TP. They don’t think about what they will do if elected, they only think about the happiness that will come once they reach the personal acceptance they think will come when the population recognizes how great they are and votes them in. I believe this because the TP leaders seem to have little natural humor about their own limitations.

  4. Father says:

“she would have no power in that body.”

    >> We conservatives have the babes…

I assume you mean Michele Bachmann, Katherine Harris, Sarah Palin, Christine O’Donnell and all the Fox News babes.

It strikes me as a fetish that these women are so similar. I’ve heard them described as the librarian in porn films before she flings her glasses off and lets her hair down.

Someone else pointed out that they are like the women in the CSI shows. Jerry Bruckheimer has a fetish for a certain type of woman so all the women in the CSI shows are kind of the same.

Clearly, conservatives have a fetish for this one type of women — sexy, Christian, slightly unhinged, former-beauty-queen.

  6. Captain Obvious says:

Greg Allen, you silly person. Spending money on basic infrastructure and new technologies to stimulate smaller, private companies and jump start investment is just plain silly.

Everyone knows the best way to end a recession is hunker down, reduce your spending and tax revenue, reduce education, and hope a magic fairy comes by and creates a new gold rush or tech boom so private industry will again invest. That will only take 10-20 years. But it will be a smug and self-righteous 10-20 years.

Oh, and don’t forget to shift the income of the upper 1% of income earners from 4% to about 20% of the total national income. That’s always a recipe for success.

  7. Alfred Persson's Mother says:

Alfie, come to bed honey. I have put on my Palin glasses and had my hair cut like O’Donnell. You can suckle at my tit tonight. Just like always…

    >> #82 Adding more regulators kills industry, not grow it.

That’s like saying, “Referees kill football, not help it.”

We liberal want the right amount of regulators.

Being anti regulation is just being anti law enforcement.

  9. Alfred Persson's Father says:

Bitch, why is that toddler still squealing like he crapped her diaper again? Wipe the dried snot off his mouth, give him a double shot of children’s benadryl so he’ll pass out and maybe we can finally get to making a non-retarded replacement. That is, if I can stand to look at you. On second thought, just get me a damn beer.

  10. Named says:

    99 Greg Allen,

Alfred E Newman believes the law should come from the Bible. At least the parts that he likes to paraphrase to suit his delusions…

    Cafeteria religion… it’s his way.

  11. King Alfred the Great (Jerk Off) says:

    #101, Named

Alfie doesn’t want the parts where the bible endorses abortion and infanticide. He doesn’t mind the raping and looting parts though.
