If you haven’t read Matt Taibbi’s analysis on Barack Obama selling out to what George Carlin used to call “the real owners of this country”, it’s a must.

    Hey, Obamapologistforever,

I see you STILL STILL haven’t answered my post #35.

This isn’t going to go away. Hide if you must, but your Lord is a scam artist and a liar.

  2. smartalix says:

The funny part is that the trailer-trash crowd don’t even understand the issues, and can only parrot right-wing idiocy.

The very people who are blocking this are blaming Obama for not doing enough, while the idiots in the GOP camp can’t even understand the facts of the situation.

  3. Mr. Fusion says:

    Editor,

You take Obamaforever to task but ignore those attacking him? And why was Obamaforever taken to task at all? Simply because he dared challenge an unsubstantiated lie.

Yet if you look at your own comment in #65, I notice you let that slide. But then why would you censor yourself?

I notice an extreme disconnect here.

I have proved that you are a liar. period

    Go away, tea bagger!!!!!!!!!

  5. Mr. Fusion says:

    #67, Ah Yea,

I don’t understand your #35. What was the comment? Were you posting YOUR thoughts or someone elses. If you have a comment to lie about then sure, I assume Obamaforever or any number of others will challenge you on it. If you just want us to read some other article then forget it. Make your own comment, but don’t expect others to do your homework for you.

If the Rolling Stone article ever finds its way onto this blog, then it will be worth commenting on.

I’d call you an effen failure but the editor might censor me, so I won’t.

    Mr. Fusion,

You have to understand that if the Editor banned the tea baggers there would be six people on this site. Dvorak would get no money for his ad space-—no hits-no money coming in.

Also, I believe that the Editor singled me out because I have called Dvorak stupid and a liar!!!

    The truth hunts even Dvorak.

    End of quote.

goat-roper, dig the goat crap out of your ears and LISTEN UP.

Mr. Fusion was telling Ah Yea that this is Dvorak’s blog and not Ah Yea’s blog.

Wasn’t that simple, goat-roper. But not for you.

  8. Phydeau says:

Here’s the money quote from that article:

The significance of all of these appointments isn’t that the Wall Street types are now in a position to provide direct favors to their former employers. It’s that, with one or two exceptions, they collectively offer a microcosm of what the Democratic Party has come to stand for in the 21st century. Virtually all of the Rubinites brought in to manage the economy under Obama share the same fundamental political philosophy carefully articulated for years by the Hamilton Project: Expand the safety net to protect the poor, but let Wall Street do whatever it wants. “Bob Rubin, these guys, they’re classic limousine liberals,” says David Sirota, a former Democratic strategist. “These are basically people who have made shitloads of money in the speculative economy, but they want to call themselves good Democrats because they’re willing to give a little more to the poor. That’s the model for this Democratic Party: Let the rich do their thing, but give a fraction more to everyone else.”

    Thanks guys. 🙁
