John, if it is fun why don’t you keep the one you and nut case run up to date? That is the real problem with web pages. That and the fact that not many people seem to visit most web pages.

Wasn’t Toyota planning on introducing a “pluggable” Hybrid car, to the US market, that only went 14 miles on a charge before the gas engine kicked in?! What the hell happened to the all electric vehicle technology they had developed back in 1991? This is more like a back step, rather than a forward one. The model must have the fewest possible rechargeable cells. And Lead Acid ones.

This has been my argument against Hybrids, for a while now. That they’re really just a design to hold onto gas engine technology as long as possible. Rather than outfitting the vehicles with enough cells to go +50 on a charge. And kick in a gas generator only on rare occasions. Thanks for the half-assed attempt Toyota. I’ll bet when this model fails to sell, they’ll simply say the public wasn’t interested.

Intel’s been using tactics it learned from their good buddies at M$ to kill the competition. Nvidia’s been their victim since they started to produce motherboard chipsets. Doesn’t it strike any of you as odd that 95% of the Atom netbooks have Intel GPU’s?

BTW, I believe the Europe-M$ browser deal was to provide for the selection of the browser or browsers of choice, not to automatically install them all.
