Most likely some friends of the friends from Obama’s administration need a new lucrative job, that’s the whole point of this HPL Act.
(since all the high-pay/do-nothing govt jobs are already taken, they will create some new Office of HPL or something like that)
I don’t really care, for as long as it won’t cost all of us too much (let’s hope).

I saw a similar commercial where a woman is doing the wash, and the happy star on the box jumps out and starts talking to her. she screams and tells the kids to run. The star says “hey, where are you going?” She trips and falls and you can see the star coming to her from her perspective like in a horror movie.
Pretty hilarious, I don’t remember what they were pitching though.
