Joshua Basso said his cell phone ran out of minutes Wednesday, so he called the one number that he knew is always free — 911 — with an unusual request.
He wanted someone to have sex with him.
When 911 operators hung up on him, he called back four times, police said.
Fifteen minutes after his last call, police arrested Basso at his home, at 4202 N Nebraska Ave., on charges of making a false 911 call. He was taken to the Hillsborough County Jail, where he remains without bail.

4202 N Nebraska Ave, is in a lovely part of town. About a mile up Nebraska Ave is the Todd Theater. That’s the glorious establishment where Peewee Herman got arrested for watching porn in 25¢ increments and playing with himself.

Even if the slammer didn’t have free sex, I have the sneaking suspicion that he’d enjoy being there. He just seems that kind of four-square, brick wall kind of guy.
The guy obviously has mental issues. Instead of seeing he gets some help the police just toss him in jail and ignore him.
No wonder America has more citizens behind bars than any other country.
The ones with mental issues is society.
