UPDATE: We now have the original, too!
I actually thought the one above was a joke. A parody of 80’s videos. I didn’t realize hers really was this goofy!

I laughed so hard that milk came out my nose…and I haven’t drank milk for weeks. Thanks.
I don’t care what anyone thinks, Bonnie Tyler is hot!!!!
I swear I thought Pat Benatar or Stevie Nicks recorded this song, but I can’t find it. All these 80’s videos were more appealing if you were stoned. Young directors out of school with too big a budget.
I found it humerous but after 2 minutes I got bored.
That video is why we are dependent on foreign oil.
These guys also did a “remake” of Ah Ha’s “Take On Me” that is brilliant.
Almost pissed myself…”staring at the swim team will get you killed by a gang of ninjas that know how to twirl…NINJAS!” LOL
I must have seen that video a hundred times, I didn’t remember how f**ked up it really was!
Hilarious! 🙂
LOL, but then I like Mad Magazine too!
“effing crap”
That’s gold Jerry! Gold I tell ya!
*LMAO*
Good find, Uncle Dave.
Samantha Fox is a little demanding in the 80’s

in 2006 things get kinda creepy.

If you know classical music, Carmin Burana. This is a riot – and they don’t even mess with the soundtrack. It’s pretty funny even if you are not into classical.

That’s not goofy – that’s the 80s! Long may they live!
The guy who wrote the song also wrote Meat Loaf’s songs on the Bat Out of Hell album. They are more like rock anthems rather than rock songs. The video is kinda freaky, though.
Hey some 80’s music videos rate among the worst of all time. But that was what the 80’s style was all about, extremes, the new wave. Danny Elfman mixing wailing guitar licks with tropical marimba, or Devo doin’ the robot in uniform with weird plastic hats. Call me crazy but I sure wish the new talents would try to break out the box and do something new like back in the 80’s.
#9 Hey me too, a few weeks ago somebody flooded USENET with just about every issue (specials too) in PDF. What a treasure! I’d almost forgotten who Spiro Agnew was.
You know, in 1984, when I was in High School, we really didn’t think it was that odd.
We were really screwed up in the 80s…

You weren’t screwed up in the 80s. This music is similar to what was around in the 70’s, except you can dance to it.
Adolescents trying to learn how to slow dance to – popular music of the time – Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon…that messes with your head 🙂
What’s funny is that I thought the original sounded exactly like a Meatloaf song with a female vocalist. Looked it up and found both Bonnie Tyler and Meatloaf were produced by the same producer Jim Steinman. Check Air Supply’s Lost in Love for a similar vibe.
I found that video troubling and I was only 14 back then. Bonnie Tyler….queen of female pedophiles.
