Twitter will look back in six months and wonder what the hell they were thinking. Granted they don’t want the Facebook, but they could have got a lower price with more cash.

IBM buying Sun? Sounds sano if they can OpenSolaris on their hardware. They can take Sun’s current customers and then close their doors.

  2. Special Ed says:

I would have let the spammer off with a good cock punch.

—–blackgirlsconnect.com—– ? It is really a funny and interesting place to date attractive girls or hot guys. Many hottie videos and photos at this site, you can enjoy latest interesting videos or talk about hot topic with other friends. I’ve met many thoughtful singles who were trying to find true love.

  4. SnotLikeBlasterpoop says:

Fining spammer is ridiculous. They need to be tortured then killed. Then their bodies need to be put in a huge pile and nuked from orbit.

  5. QB says:

    # 4 SnotLikeBlasterpoop, I like your thinking but I would prefer a far harsher penalty. Maybe the Barry Manilow punishment first?

JCD, what’s with all the tech lawsuits in the news? A sign of the economic times?

  6. Mr. Fusion says:

The spammer was ordered to pay $873M ??? Really! Too bad the court didn’t have jurisdiction to try the guy or collect. The Spammer and his company are both in Canada.

This might be good news for Facebook but a waste of the court’s time.

  7. Florida Comment says:

Any company bailed out for being too big to fail, should be broken up into smaller pieces.
