Just a thought: tech 5 is described as the most important 5 minutes of your day. And yet the first 20-30 seconds is a complete waste of time.
Psystar. Another word for tenacious!
Also another word for “Apple’s worse nightmare”.
Effectively, Psystar states that if someone legally owns the software, that Apple cannot dictate that they must only use the software on Apple’s machines if it could be used on someone else’s hardware. As an example, that is like saying that if you buy brand X bread, you must only use brand X toasters or you will get sued! Well, we know this kind of product tie in does not stand up in court.
Therefore, Psystar DOES have a leg to stand on, and Apple knows it. This arbitration deal is Apple’s way to try and make this nightmare go away. Give Psystar a sweet deal under the table.

Windows Mobile is dead. So now they need a new strategy. Oi vay.
Buying RIM would be a very smart move to MS… although… it may not be good for Blackberry users. What are the chances of them buying it and then opening it up? Maybe, one day, I’ll be able to watch Youtube on my Pearl. Maybe.
In Apple land, something that wasn’t talked about during the earnings call was the end of the Mac Mini. While note an outright failure, I’m not sure the device can be thought of as a success, either.
