Russian spammer beaten to death – silicon.com — They think it’s murder, but there has been no establiished motive. Uh, well….I’m not so sure the motive isn’t obvious — SPAM!

Known spammer Vardan Kushnir has been found dead in his Moscow apartment, having apparently been beaten to death about the head.
The case is being treated as murder though no motive has yet been established, according to reports citing the public prosecutions office of Moscow’s central district.

I’d like to think that he was killed because some spam victim got his revenge. I like to think that because I’ve had the same fantasy plenty of times. But it’s more likely the case that he was involved in organized crime in some way. Unfortunately.
