Clinton: Obama will win ‘pretty handily’ – 2008 Presidential Campaign Blog – Political Intelligence – Boston.com — Generally you are supposed to say “It’s going to be a tight race” so you do not get the other side all worked up to get out the vote. So what’s this then?
The two leading Democrats, whose relationship was less-than-warm during Obama’s tough fight with Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary, dined together at Clinton’s Harlem office. Asked for his assessment of the race, Clinton said, “I predict that Senator Obama will win and win pretty handily.”
My thoughts? “Dewey Defeats Truman.” Then again, Rush Limbaugh thinks it might be a McCain landslide. But this is all bad form.
#29–Big Carbon==”Clinton did a shitty job as POTUS” //// How so? Mostly he sold out his office in return for money. Total impact in the 10’s of millions BUT Bushie and McCain plan deficit spending in the Trillions.
Millions vs Trillions? Really?

“There is something up with this. His mouth is hanging open. He looks drugged. Just 6 months ago he was more on the ball. He’s also too thin and his hair is now crazy old lady white, almost blue.”
Geez, John, give him a break — he is, after all, even older than you are (by six years). It’s hard to tell anything from a 14-second clip of YouTube’s blobby low resolution video. He always had a tendency to stand there with his mouth slightly open. I always thought it was so that, if he got an opportunity to speak, he could get started faster. (That’s a joke, son.) As for his hair, I think he got tired of the salt-and-pepper look and had his hair bleached — it changed too fast for it to be natural — and I think it looks good on him.
There’s no way Obama can win — the voter list purges and voting machine manipulation will see to that.

I know! The repubs did the same thing 2 years ago to avoid losing control of Congress…
Bill’s predictions worked out so well with Hillary.
And of course Bill’s predictions are so very, very important.
Thanks for this timely and significant post.
