Last Sunday I had the opportunity to go to the 2008 British Motor Show, which takes place at the same venue that the London edition of Diggnation took place, at the Excel. There was a strong environmentally friendly theme at the show, with many electric and fuel cell vehicles, both in prototype and commercial form being on display. One of the most interesting cars at the show was the Lightning, which has four electric motors (take that Tesla) and some very impressive specifications. I have to say that the show felt smaller when compared with the 2006 edition. BMW, Audi, Ferrari and other big names have no official presence at the show, however, there are many exotic cars on display, including the Pagani Zonda. The show will be open until the 3rd of August.
