    Sorry for my crankiness, but all this to sell a rack to store printing rolls?

    130k people saw this cool video on Youtube. How many of them actually bought this thing? What’s the size of the market of this thing? Does it really worth to spend that amount of money to produce a movie like this to generate buzz with the wrong public, or at least a public much larger than your actual target?

    For me it’s like a surgical blades manufacturer advertising their products at People, or Businessweek.

    Flavio – Let’s see… this video has already had over 122,500 views. If only 1% of the viewers have something to do with a printing facility, that’s 1,125 people who’ve seen the ad. That’s why you see every type of ad on the Internet. There’s a lot of money to be made.

    This is all a grand display, but what about the social applications of such engineering as it relates to the ratio of parts to the user. These guys obviously have to much time on their hands and as such need government programs to right their ways of mischievousness.

    The repukes will whine but more taxes need to be collected because even though in half my other posts I whine about government inefficiency and waste, I stupidly believe that more government involvement and more government waste is exactly what is needed here. Programs that train the youth of america for the future run by inefficient government people will increase taxes so then I will be happy, it is not your money it is my latest pet peeve money, That is the important thing to remember.

    While my solutions may seem idiotic, you are mistaken because they are.

    I find that I don’t know or remember what product was being advertised in most clever ads. For example, the Trunkmonkey Series. Funny as hell. But I no know what it was for.

    So what I do is consider clever/funny ads, like this one, simply as sponsored micro-entertainment.

    The reality is that the more irritating ads actually do a better job of getting people to recognize a product name. Think of the “Press directly to head” ads.
