Perhaps its because they KNOW their mobiles will be charged in the morning.
Its a 50/50 chance the prayer will be answered.
It of course doesn’t help their situation any when they treat their deities like candy vending machines.

I charge my cellphone every other night so that it is charged in the morning. My partner and I charge each other’s iPod just before we go to sleep but discharges rather quick.
“Shocking”? Why is this shocking?
If prayer were .0005 % effective, I’d have to consider becoming religious.
Why is this study shocking?
You can pray for god to charge your ipod for you, but that would be as helpful as praying for god to bring back your kidnapped 1 year old baby who was taken while you were shopping 2 months ago.
All these chargers use plenty of energy, with adapters that switch from AC to DC. where are all the global warming crows calling for bans or regulations?
