I got a ticket today!
One Tennessee’s finest officers found themselves in a bit of a pickle after a routine speeding ticket turned into a discovery of illegal drugs which turned into an amateur porn shoot.
The woman, who goes by the stage name Barbie Cummings, said that at a traffic stop on May 7, trooper James Randy Moss found illegal painkillers in her car, but decided not to bust the Knoxville woman in return for a sexual favor.
Seems the cop had a little bit of a soft spot for a damsel in distress…
The trooper explained that the punishment for the narcotics possession would likely prevent her from leaving the state, at which point Justis said she became upset and started to cry.
“He wanted to know why,” Justis told ABC News.
She said she told him that as a porn star under contract, she must travel from Knoxville to Los Angeles once a month to shoot scenes.
Then the trooper took “the hand full (sic) of pills and scatters them in the brush next to the interstate,” she wrote in the blog. After that, she claims he asked her to follow him to a secluded place, where she performed oral sex while he allegedly took photographs and short video clips using a hand-held camera from his cruiser.
Well, it’s not all bad for justice…
There’s a chance the two may meet again when Justis attends her court date next month. Despite the alleged tryst, she still received a $180 speeding ticket from Moss.
You can never trust a cop I guess… Or a porn star!
So I get the distinct honor of being first on the porn star blog entry. Wonderful, just frickin’ wonderful.
The way I see it, she bribed him, he broke the law, jail time for both. Money, drugs, sex, whatever, she offered him something to not arrest her. That is a bribe.
I do not see it that way. He coursed her he was the one with the power and the gun. She gave it up then he still used his power on her. He has probably been doing this for years and just got caught this time. I say throw the book at him. Let her go for revealing this scum.
I don’t blame the man, and anyone posting here that’s an unmarried (and most married ones) man would have done the same damn thing, just probably would have been less suave about it and begged a lot more. Give the man a break, he had the night of his life and the biggest consequence is one more low level drug user misses having a meaningless probation slapped on them that they would have gotten reduced after the fact anyway.
Get off your high horses you sanctimonious hypocrites.
The only thing I see wrong here is the officer double-crossed her after she paid her dues.
So she got a speeding ticket huh? She “blew” by him I guess.

I’ll reserve judgment until I see the reenactment in her next movie.

I say she has to pick him out of a line up, based on identifying the obvious part, and only the obvious part.

#3 – Dustin – I am not debating the drug laws. I agree that many low level drugs should be legal. I am saying she was propositioned to offer a bribe, she offered, he accepted, and nature took it’s course.
I also had enough sense when I was younger not to jeopardize my job by surfing a porn site on a work computer, recording the act on a company video camera, and showing it to my co-workers.

Officers belts, guns, badges, billy clubs(a big item in porn….no pun intended), navy outfits, you name it, they use it as a prop….without some other more telling way to say it’s him….she is just faking it all.
Then, maybe she faked it to start with.
This is pretty much standard operating procedure.
The copy gives the hooker a break and instead of charging her, he throws the drugs away in front of her eyes, so she can’t claim he kept them for himself. He then gives her a ticket for speeding and they both go on their merry way.
Later, she talks to some scumbag (possibly a lawyer) who says, yeah, he didn’t charge you for the drugs, so now you can go after him and generate a whole lot of free publicity (not counting the $180 speeding ticket) for your web site. Let’s say you gave him a blow job as a bribe and we can even post something on your blog!
Cut to the porno set and an actor wearing a police uniform but miraculously, no view at all of the all-important face of this dirty cop?
Sorry, something untoward might have happened here but this story stinks. At least the cop, guilty or innocent, got an indefinite, paid suspension.
There is enough reasonable doubt the cop may raise that I also side with the cop.

After watching the video, (damn you hhopper) It appears to me she is setting him up. Otherwise she would have saved some DNA for a sample.
