We can only hope this is true.

I’d like to think it was super clever by a campus admin to create a safe room for people upset by Trump, and stocking it with coloring books and play-doh, but it looks like he was serious.

  2. Tim says:

Maybe he’ll ignore the MSM like he did during the election, or better yet, tell them to fuck off like the stupid children they are.

    It will drive them batty.

It’s too bad we don’t real have journalists anymore.

  3. NewFormatSux says:

CNN reporter said that Hillary was physically violent towards Robby Mook and John Podesta, and throwing things at aides.
Not the temperament of a president, but it is balanced by the fact that she would most of the time be too asleep or medicated to do anything.

  4. Tim says:

” Ed Klein: Here’s what I know, not my opinion. About 6:30 this morning she called an old friend. She was crying inconsolably. She couldn’t stop crying. And her friend, her female friend from way, way back said it was even hard to understand what she was saying she was crying so hard. This is Hillary we’re talking about. Eventually her friend said she could make out that she was blaming James Comey, the Director of the FBI, for her loss, and, I don’t understand exactly, the president of the United States for not doing enough.”

Hillary could not speak to supporters last night and sent pal John Podesta out to face the audience.

    Very Presidential.

    • NewFormatSux says:

Obama and Trump were supposed to talk for 20 min; it ended up being 90 minutes. I bet half hour was bashing Hillary.

The TRUMPet shall sound, heralding the second coming…

    • Phydeau says:

The TRUMPet so far has appointed one racist, sexist, white supremacist and a couple of Establishment Republican Fat Cats to his team. Oh, and 3 of his kids.

Mr “Drain The Swamp” is looking pretty comfortable in the swamp; looks like he’ll be the biggest alligator there.

You liking that? Is that what you voted for?

      • NewFormatSux says:

Wait, weren’t you telling us that the Republican establishment is racist, sexist, white supremacist?

Perhaps if you guys hadn’t done that people would have listened to you about Trump. But hey, you had to ‘kill Romney’.

        • Phydeau says:

The Republican establishment is absolutely racist, sexist, and white supremacist. But before Trump, they were able to pretend that they weren’t. No pretending now.

      • All Aboard says:

Weren’t you going to leave the country?

  6. Phydeau says:

LOL! Trump gave his first interview after winning the election… with he and his family sitting on what looks like gold-leaf decorated fancy chairs. The headline:

“Family sitting on gold thrones promise they have interests of all Americans at heart”

    https://indy100.com/article/donald-trump-family-cbs-interview-gold-thrones-elite-all-americans-man-of-the-people-7416171

There’s your man of the people. 🙄

    • NewFormatSux says:

You could have nominated a guy driving a small car but instead you circled the wagons around a criminal hundred millionaire, and ended up with a billionaire.

      • Phydeau says:

LOL. A new variation on “stop us before we elect another Republican.” Yes, NFS, if the Democrats hadn’t screwed up, you wouldn’t have been able to injure yourself (and all of us) by electing a sleazy billionaire. So it’s all our fault, not yours! 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

        • NewFormatSux says:

It is your fault. You nominated a loser, who couldn’t even hold on to as many Democrats as the candidate who had so many Republicans abandoning ship, as you so kindly informed us just weeks ago.

All you guys had to do was acknowledge what was obvious, that the Clintons are criminals.

  7. Phydeau says:

The KKK and neo-Nazis are overjoyed by Trump’s staff selections!

    http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/305912-kkk-american-nazi-party-praise-trumps-hiring-of-bannon

Bannon told Mother Jones over the summer that his conservative news outlet was “the platform of the alt-right,” a far-right ideology that promotes white supremacy.

Under Bannon’s leadership, Breitbart ran headlines such as: “Bill Kristol, Republican Spoiler, Renegade Jew,” “Gabby Giffords: The Gun Control Movement’s Human Shield,” and “Birth Control Makes Women Unattractive and Crazy.”

Bannon has also made anti-Catholic comments about Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) on his radio show.

Doesn’t it make you just a little queasy that you’re on the same side as the KKK and neo-Nazis? Or are you happy too that racism, sexism, anti-semitism is now socially acceptable? Maybe you want to indulge in some yourself? Go ahead, you know you want to… 😉

    • NewFormatSux says:

      I guess this is bargaining.

Trump is the leader at the top, and he is not a racist. Only reason anyone thinks that is because the Dems made it their campaign plan to convince people of this.
Trump is so much a threat to the Left that the American Communist Party didn’t even go thru the motions of putting up their own candidate and instead endorsed Hillary.

      • Phydeau says:

Doesn’t matter if he is or not personally when he hires them. And refuses to condemn all the racist, sexist, and anti-semitic attacks made in his name after the election.

        That dog don’t hunt, pal.

    • Tim says:

Did it ever once make you feel queasy that Obama was supported by, and never once repudiated the Black Panther Party. And don’t even talk to me about the Black Lies Matter movement.

You are a sad joke Phydeau, seek professional help before it’s too late.

      • Phydeau says:

The “Black Panther Party”, a tiny group of wackos, vs all the various neo-Nazi and KKK flavors, representing tens of thousands of people or more.

Textbook case of false equivalence. Weak.

        • Tim says:

“As of 2009, the NBPP claimed a few thousand members organized in 45 chapters, while independent estimates by the Anti-Defamation League suggest that the group is much smaller but is nevertheless able to attract a large turnout of non-members (some of whom may not even realize what this group actually stands for) to its events by focusing on specific issues of local interest.”

And then you have countless idiots in the Black Lies Matter movement.

Try doing a little research before you tell your lies.

        • Tim says:

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ku_Klux_Klan

Maybe 5000 in the KKK. I have actually never met or even seen a Neo-Nazi, if you have, show me some numbers.

The fact is Obama NEVER repudiated the lying BLM or Panthers or any other hate crimes being committed against whites or even blacks (innocent victims of their stupid looting and rioting)…..and we took notice. And then we kicked your dumb asses out.

          See ya.

          • bobbo, the pragmatic existential evangelical anti-theist says:

What hate crimes have been committed against blacks? ……………… The attempt to create equivalency when the White Hate group crimes against blacks is so common as to be not disputed.

            Good job.

          • bobbo, the pragmatic existential evangelical anti-theist says:

gosh…my typing really sucks: “What hate crimes have been committed against WHITES.”

          • Mr Diesel - Trump Won, Piss Off Crybabies says:

Well for one, pulling a guy out of car and beating him because he is white is a hate crime. Pure and simple but it never gets reported by the lying assholes in the media.

          • ± says:

            [queried bobbo]
“What hate crimes have been committed against [whites]?”

None. Because there is no such thing as a “hate crime”. Liberals are totally invested in it and more and more conservatives are buying into it, but it is still just a fantasy. There are crimes committed against people; the motivation for the crime does not mitigate the crimes severity regardless of how much liberals want it to.

However there are more niggers¹ than ever randomly beating up on white people, especially since Clinton lost. Do you think their motivation mitigates their crime?

¹ before you get your panties too twisted, anyone who stoops this low regardless of their race is a nigger.

          • bobbo, the pragmatic existential evangelical anti-theist says:

Diesel…of course that happens….rarely. So rare as to not compose “a category.”

PM==hate crimes like all other crimes exist because they are specifically described in the law and are enforced. What you exhibit is the conflation of what your agree and disagree with as policy with what exists as a matter of fact. IE==hate crimes and all other social constructs are purely definitional.

            Buy a dictionary.

          • Tim says:

As has been pointed out to you, just because the Liberal media doesn’t report it doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.

Wise up pal. Get off of CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, NYT, WP, Fox, etc. When you see a news story describing how a group of “youths” beat up a 70 year old Vietnam War Vet, use your fucking head and understand the spin.

Have you heard of the knock-out game? Its what we did to Liberals in this election.

  8. NewFormatSux says:

Mexican president meets with Trump and says he can work with him. Putin says he will work with him. Obama calls him a pragmatist. Trump calls Chinese leader, and they declare him diplomatically impeccable. Looks good so far. All that’s left is Canada, India, Brazil, UK, Australia, Japan.

  9. NewFormatSux says:

If Trump had run as a Democrat, Phydeau and bobbo would be defending him, and attacking the Republicans who find him scandalous and incompetent. Perhaps like him, I’d be in the bargaining stage right now, celebrating the end of the Clintons.

    • Phydeau says:

If your aunt had balls, she’d be your uncle. 😉

    • bobbo, the pragmatic existential evangelical anti-theist says:

How is it then I don’t support Hillary except as the alternative to Trump?

The dumbest partisanship is to impose it where it doesn’t exist at all.

      • NewFormatSux says:

And you would have supported Democrat Trump as the alternative to Rubio/Cruz.

It would have been entertaining to see that race. He would have attacked Hillary nonstop on e-mails, selling access, etc. Democrats would have hated it, but then Trump would threaten to go third party and spend hundreds of millions attacking her if you didn’t give him the nomination. What would Dems do? In this alternative scenario, Trump is not pro-life, but rather a supporter of partial birth abortion due to his New York values, who wants to take away guns, and crack down on banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, and lobbyists.
They would feel compelled to fall in line and abandon the Clintons.

        • bobbo, the pragmatic existential evangelical anti-theist says:

Yes indeed. I like the Trump you describe. Not the same Trump we have.

You don’t seem to understand that when your create a counterfactual scenario you are no longer dealing with reality.

          Can you dig that?

          • NewFormatSux says:

If Trump chose to run as a Democrat, can you see my scenario playing out? Or do you think he is that much of an ideologue that he wouldn’t have adopted those positions.

          • NewFormatSux says:

It wasn’t even a big difference from what he did in the Republican primary.
Not sure what he would have done with immigration, but he could have kept his trade position as is. I suspect he could win with the same immigration position, so long as his opening speech was not about a wall and Mexican rapists but breaking up the banks and a wealth tax(which he has endorsed in the past). It still isn’t extreme enough to get the base to be emotionally with him, but I’m sure Trump would have come up with something. Maybe pledging to strip citizenship from CEOs that outsource.

          • bobbo, the pragmatic existential evangelical anti-theist says:

Well NFS….the earlier in the process we mark, Trump being a newcomer to the bidness of gubment would have been “plastic” or open to more ideas and having his own positions shaped.

BUT like that druggie roommate I had…its not Trump that might be so bad…but rather, all his friends. And so far…they are selecting 4000 appointees and hires that basically are idealogically wingnuts.

It starts with the Supremes, and then State if not Treasury, and then all the way down.

Ryan is giddy about being able to GUT SOCIAL SECURITY and turn it over to Wallstreet for their tender mercies.

We all have mindsets…..but the future like the weather while getting hotter is full of variables and potentials. Each day that goes by….gives up a few.

RIGHT NOW: I only hope that the disaster the Pukes will bring to the USA will lead to that second revolution back the other way in 2020….but Scott Walker got reelected…haven’t heard about Brownbeck.

Seems for the rightwingnuts, one good hard boot to the head just isn’t enough….or maybe they just got knocked permanently stupid.

  10. iwishiwasaballer says:

Phydeau, are you one of those people who voted with their vagina?

  11. Phydeau says:

You’ve all made it clear… you’re OK with racist, sexist, anti-semitic people running our country. That’s the good thing about Trump. Y’all are out of the closet. Don’t you feel a sense of relief now that you can stop pretending?

But you still have to pretend he’s a “man of the people” as he continues to appoint Republican Fat Cats in his administration. You’re not off the hook there. I want to see some good performances and some world-class rationalizations. 😀

        • Phydeau says:

We’re all standing by, D. We’ll see what happens.

So you’re good with Newt in a position of power? The insider’s insider? Is that who you voted for? Republican Fat Cats? Just curious. 😉

          • Mr Diesel - Trump Won the Election, Suck It Crybabies says:

Yes, I’m good with Newt being in some position in a Trump admin.

It is easy to say no insiders or lobbyists allowed, it is hard to actually do it.

He moved Christie aside and I fully support getting that turncoat out of there and anyone supporting him. The Obomba/Christie hug did it for me. Buh bye.

    • NewFormatSux says:

So you should be happy if Trump breaks his promises. Means he’s more centrist than he let on. He might even pardon Hillary. So why be so upset with him?
On the other hand, since you declare all Republicans are racist/sexist/blah blah/, then why do you ask if we are upset with Trump for being the same? By your logic, we shouldn’t be upset, we should be happy with him!

      • Phydeau says:

Trump promised to look out for the little guy, to bring those factory jobs back. All those blue-collar guys in PA and other places took him at his word.

Now it looks like it’s Republican business as usual, with the usual Republican Fat Cats in power. That is not what those blue-collar guys voted for.

The more Republican Fat Cats that Trump appoints, the more it looks like y’all have been taken for a ride. You been conned, like we warned you would be.

      • Phydeau says:

And I don’t think all Republicans are racist and sexist, but you’re all OK with people who are racist and sexist. I don’t see you getting too disturbed by spray-painted Trump swastikas and other associated racist, sexist, and anti-Semitic garbage. 🙄

      • Phydeau says:

FYI, interesting open letter from Brandon Stanton, a photojournalist, from back in March. He nails it… if Trump’s not a racist, he’s cleverly encouraging those who are.

        https://facebook.com/humansofnewyork/posts/1207382856002479

I’ve watched you retweet racist images. I’ve watched you retweet racist lies. I’ve watched you take 48 hours to disavow white supremacy. I’ve watched you joyfully encourage violence, and promise to ‘pay the legal fees’ of those who commit violence on your behalf. I’ve watched you advocate the use of torture and the murder of terrorists’ families. I’ve watched you gleefully tell stories of executing Muslims with bullets dipped in pig blood. I’ve watched you compare refugees to ‘snakes,’ and claim that ‘Islam hates us.’

I am a journalist, Mr. Trump. And over the last two years I have conducted extensive interviews with hundreds of Muslims, chosen at random, on the streets of Iran, Iraq, and Pakistan. I’ve also interviewed hundreds of Syrian and Iraqi refugees across seven different countries. And I can confirm— the hateful one is you.

Those of us who have been paying attention will not allow you to rebrand yourself. You are not a ‘unifier.’ You are not ‘presidential.’ You are not a ‘victim’ of the very anger that you’ve joyfully enflamed for months. You are a man who has encouraged prejudice and violence in the pursuit of personal power. And though your words will no doubt change over the next few months, you will always remain who you are.

          • Phydeau says:

Tim, for 8 fucking years people have been posting hateful shit about Obama. Before he was even elected. Just to set the record straight.

Yes, there are unbalanced people everywhere who do unbalanced shit. They were threatening Obama for no reason other than he had nerve to be elected president while black. Trump has shown himself to be sympathetic at the very least with racists and sexists. So yes, some unbalanced people who hate him for being sympathetic with racists and sexists will threaten to take him out.

I condemn all the people who threaten violence against Trump. That’s not the American way. Why doesn’t Trump condemn all the people committing violence on his behalf? Who doesn’t he say “Sexism and racism is wrong, and anyone who commits it while saying they support me is wrong.” Why doesn’t he say it?

    SAD NEWS FOR MARC

This is way off topic, but Elon Musk is doomed. Solar City is being investigated.

“The Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee have launched a probe into tax incentives paid to solar companies, according to The Wall Street Journal. The committee probes, led by their respective Republican chairmen, Rep. Kevin Brady of Texas and Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, have found an appropriate and disturbing target to begin this work.

SolarCity, a solar installation company set to be purchased by Tesla Motors Inc., is one of the seven companies named in the initial investigation.

The American people are being taken on a ride by SolarCity, Tesla, and Musk. The ride is fueled by a cult of personality in Musk. And it costs billions of taxpayer dollars as he promises us not only the moon, but to harness the power of the sun and send us all to Mars.

In the cases of Enron and Bernie Madoff, in the end the cheated victims wished to have woken up sooner to the hubris that enabled such a downfall—or that at least regulators had pulled their heads out of the sand before the full impact of the collapse was realized.

We’ve seen this story before and we know how it ends.”

Yup, Musk the con man about to be unmasked.

Woohoo! Crazy times getting crazier! 😀

    http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2016/11/competent-official-uncovered-on-trump-transition-is-fired.html

The bad news on Donald Trump’s transition team is that Mike Rogers, one of the better informed and respected members of the Republican security establishment, has been booted off. The worse news is that, according to the Weekly Standard and a source who contacted the New York Times, Rogers was thrown off because of concerns about his handling of the Benghazi investigation. (Rogers found that, contrary to a popular right-wing conspiracy theory, the Obama administration did not order its security forces to “stand down.”) So Rogers’s willingness to follow evidence made him dangerous and unacceptable.

The even worse news is that the person who was fired for not being crazy was replaced by somebody who is famous for being crazy. Frank Gaffney has taken Rogers’s spot. Gaffney suffers from a variety of delusional beliefs concerning secret Islamic subversion of the government, a conspiracy that runs from such figures as Barack Obama (who Gaffney called “America’s first Muslims president”) to Chris Christie, who Gaffney has accused of “misprision of treason.” (Luckily Christie has also been sacked from the transition team, because otherwise it would have made for some awkward meetings.) Gaffney was banned from CPAC for being too crazy, which is like being thrown out of the Soprano family for lacking business ethics.

    • NewFormatSux says:

Great. The NSA says that “a nation-state” tried to influence the election in favor of Trump. Gosh, I wonder which one?

    http://qz.com/838615/nsa-chief-on-wikileaks-and-the-hacks-affecting-the-us-election-a-conscious-effort-by-a-nation-state/

The head of the US’s National Security Agency said Nov. 15 that a “nation-state” consciously targeted presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, in order to affect the US election.

In response to a question, Michael S. Rogers, a Naval officer and NSA director since 2014, said on stage at a Wall Street Journal conference that Wikileaks was furthering a nation-state’s goals by publishing hacked emails from the Democratic National Committee and Clinton’s presidential campaign weeks ahead of the election.

“There shouldn’t be any doubt in anybody’s minds, this was not something that was done casually, this was not something that was done by chance, this was not a target that was selected purely arbitrarily. This was a conscious effort by a nation-state to attempt to achieve a specific effect,” he said.

Trump has already defeated the zombies. His interview with 60 Minutes served as a leadin to NCIS LA, and caused it to be the first show to beat The Walking Dead in years. TWD had even beaten the NFL many times.

Someone please call a Waaambulance for Phydeau.

You’ve been riding it for 8 years, pal. 😉

Better save it a little longer, I think you’ll need it.

Is it just me, or does S. Bannon look like he just came off a 30 year bender?
