If someone told me last week that there was a Start Trek series I never heard of I would have said, no way! If they told me there were 2 Star Trek Series you never heard of I would have said, Impossible! As it turns out there are 3 Star Trek series that I never heard of. This one is called Axanar. It’s about a 4 year war with the Klingons. It’s another prequel to TOS. I will leave the commenting up to you. So here’s the new Trek list:
Star Trek isn’t just a TV show. Star Trek is a vision of the future. It’s Gene Roddenberry’s vision about our future evolution. a vision that humanity progress, move out into the universe, and to boldly go where no one has gone before. And it’s great to see that this vision of the future is so compelling that Star Trek fans have gone where no fans have gone before to not wait for the commercial powers but to make, not 1 but 3 new series.
Here’s a bonus video. Fan James Cawley, who was one of the masterminds and actors in Star Trek New Voyages flips the bird to J.J, Abrams Star Trek movies that quite frankly – suck.
This is a dead fan series:

I am waiting for SETI satellite Hollywood conspiracy to end and allow us tax payers to watch the recorded alien civilizations broadcasts of their Star Trek episodes! Enough of this Hollywood plastic fakery. SETI should even allow us to watch free intergalactic porn!
No it is to boldly go where no man has gone before.
Enterprise got it right in their signoff, recognizing how terrible the other series were because they were more about PC.
As I pointed out in the other thread, you would have known about the other series if you read this blog.
JCD pointed it out a decade ago.
Hey Marc!
There is another one!

This one’s a bit different and I like it quite a bit. Reason is it shows an entirely side of the Star Trek universe.
This is also that Paramount and J.J. Abrams screwed the entire Trek universe. Instead of atom bombing the entire Trek mythology they could have simply done something different like Aurora.
Opps, “an entirely different side of”
I also imagine some Trek fanboys won’t like Aurora because it’s an Animated series done mostly by one guy. These fanboys are also the same one’s who go gaga over “Star Trek the animated series”.
I like it because it shows the potential within the Trek universe that no one else tapped into.
I also like it because it shows that one guy can out-imagine nearly everyone else. Specially the second episode. So watch it with the thought “Why couldn’t Abrams and Paramount do this??”
Oh! And we mustn’t forget STAR WARS!

Ok, I think I’ve made my point.
Ok, I’ve got a little more.
Anaxar isn’t dead, but delayed.
“Axanar Productions, has engaged Winston & Strawn, one of the leading IP practices in the country, to provide legal counsel in its lawsuit with CBS Studios, Inc. and Paramount Pictures Corporation. Representing Axanar Productions and Peters will be attorneys Erin Ranahan and Andrew Jick from the firm’s Los Angeles office. Winston & Strawn have agreed to represent Axanar Productions and Alec Peters on a pro-bono basis.”

Holy crap! Talk about fanboys. I like Star Trek TOS and TNG and all the spinoffs AND the new movies. I did not like ST TOS’s first movie, talk about a whole lot of suck.
Orson Scott Card declared good riddance to Star Trek.
“So they’ve gone and killed “Star Trek.” And it’s about time.”

Babylon 5 is a superior series.
I like B5 – but it’s not superior.
Is the New Voyages intro done by Marco Rubio?
