FERGUSON, Mo. (CBS ST. Louis) – Supporters of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson successfully crowd-sourced the funds to put up a #PantsUPDontLOOT billboard in Ferguson.
Don Alexander of Brentwood, Tenn., raised the over $3,000 to place the billboard in the Ferguson area amid months of racial tensions vandalism from riots following the Aug. 9 shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown.
A grand jury is likely to announce whether it will indict Wilson on any charges sometime this month.
It’s interesting that the FBI, State Police and Holder’s Justice Department have all investigated this incident and yet I don’t recall hearing anything about the outcome of those investigations. If the findings were that the officer was within his right to defend himself, then we need to hear that from the Resident. If the opposite is true, then we need to hear that as well. The victims of Ferguson will now be the business owner’s and innocent bystanders. The people deserve much better than this from their public servants.

The writing is on the wall. The Justice Department is ramping up its investigation of George Zimmerman to try and placate the mob. The governor is just trying to look tough. He knows there will be no protests as the weather is too cold.
Hire Gruber to come up with some wording of how to sell the grand jury dismissal as a mandate to not prosecute.

I thought those investigations by outside entities were of the Ferguson “system” (police department, DA’s Office, Grand Jury) as much as the singular incident itself. No doubt–a mix of everything?
Do you want the local authorities to act primarily/first or do you want “The Feds” to come in and influence the outcome and not let the “system” work???

Mindless criticism. Deal with what “does” happen rather than with what “does not” happen. Right now, “in the main” what has happened is that the DA’s office is using unique Grand Jury procedures and taking way too long. If the Feds stepped in, those two MAIN actions would be influenced, corrupted, and not prosecutable by the Feds.
