Southwest is my favorite airline. Too bad I’ll never fly commercially again…
OK. Why?
Southwest is my favorite airline, too. But that’s like saying measles is my favorite disease. Even the best is pretty crappy.
I wonder if the will fire her, because a) She let the speech be filmed (poorly I might add) or b) because she seems clever and funny. And there’s not place on this airline for clever and funny!
It’s like the old story at GE, hey Bob just invented a light bulb that lasts twenty years. Oh we have to kill Bob.

Naw, she won’t get fired over her stand-up routine, it’s fairly common, though that one was the most involved one I’ve heard. SW has lots of short flights and if they had to give the same speech for every takeoff, they’d all go nuts.
Why won’t I fly commercially? Because as I’m being manhandled and interrogated I’m not sure I could control the impulse toward resentment and sarcasm and I’m afraid I might cause an “incident.”
Hahaha. This is indeed a hilarious and funny safety presentation but so entertaining. Also read some similar topic from http://flightcentre.com.hk/. Two thumps up for this lady.
A transcript would be great for those outside the US of A… I couldn’t understand about 97.6% of what she said…
