Regarding the disappearing Malaysian airliner –
Did it disappear in the middle of the night without a trace? Check.
Was it in or near Vietnam’s Gulf of Tonkin? Check.
Was there a cold war going on between Russia and USA? Check.
Was an airliner ever shot down by a military jet before? Check.
I’m just sayin….
Regarding the disappearing Malaysian airliner –
Did it disappear in the middle of the night without a trace? Check. //// There is ALWAYS a trace. We’ll find it eventually.
Was it in or near Vietnam’s Gulf of Tonkin? Check. /// I think GoT was at the End of the planned Flight and most likely it turned around before reaching the Gulf? Maybe not.
Was there a cold war going on between Russia and USA? Check. /// No there isn’t. Definitional. But its not a cold or hot war…yet.
Was an airliner ever shot down by a military jet before? Check. //// Sure. Many more have disappeared with it taking years to figure out what happened in most cases. Some are still a mystery.
I’m just sayin…. //// Indeed. About as vacuous and empty a series of imagined fantasy premature and stupidly conclusionary statements I have read it quite a while….just sayin….

Regarding the patent troll case, I agree with Adams comments completely. However, that places you guys in the unenviable position of being willful infringers and although I’m not a lawyer, I think it also makes you liable for treble damages.
Shouldn’t you guys cease and decist immediately?

Regarding Japan’s 3/11/11 earthquake and tsunami: Sorry, JCD… according to the National Police Agency of Japan, “over 16 thousand” is right… 15,884 confirmed dead, and 2,633 missing.
