Wow if that bank program goes into effect I expect that banks will no longer sell loans in towns that put buy up all the homes at discounts like that. What the rest of the town will find is that they can’t sell their homes because no banks will provide loans!
At least that is what I hope happens. Because there should be consequences for this the tax payer should not have to pay for all these homes!
