In the context of what America represents to U.S. and the world; I have to agree, excepting this being the Most Important: “Daniel Ellsberg Calls Edward Snowden A ‘Hero,’ Says NSA Leak Was Most Important In American History”.

I am very dubious of the veracity of these self-righteous “protectors” who demand Americans kowtow all their rights to their need, are confirmed lairs and who will now release a fictional story list of terrorist they stopped.

  2. Greg Allen says:

I am TOTALLY AGAINST THIS program.

Am I worried bout my “meta data” — not particularly.

But, remember, this is _beginning_ of mass monitoring of Americans. This is like the Internet in 1995.

Computers will get faster. Storage will get biggers. Cameras will profiliferate. Cell phones get smarter.

The technology to Real-time moitor _you_ in the real world will come.

And the government will use it, unless we make it illegal first.

And, worse, it won’t be the government. It will be “outsourced” to black-hole black-budget corporations outside of the democratic process.

Now is the time to draw a line in the sand.

  3. ± says:
