I think the term wanton or wantonly, means not following a politically approved or sanctioned media script. Exposing information without a license, basically. Leaking secrets, the Federal agencies didn’t want leaked just yet, or ever. Just like the infamous Pentagon Papers. Which was all previously declassified, published information. But then, first time collated into a single report, that pointed fingers at multiple Administrations’, that “they” didn’t want fingers pointed at. They didn’t care if you didn’t like all of the Presidents, Truman thru Nixon. But they didn’t want you to know why you shouldn’t have liked them. Because they’re protecting “The Office”, rather than the men who are actually elected to fill them. And that means The Office is largely an illusion. Like the “Great and Powerful Oz” projection. “Pay no attention to the man (or men) behind the curtain.” The one’s who are really running things. And don’t like their actions getting exposed by wanton publishers. This is government censorship, by declaring anything not approved for your eyes and ears, as a terrorist act.

So you better wake up to these Ivy League redefinitions of words like “wantonly”, being used to cover up their control over you. It truly is a war of words now. More so, that it ever has been. And they are the ones in control of the major media, would redefines what these words now mean. Which is also how cults control their followers, too.
