I did google note several blogs ask the question: “Did she have a transcript” and “Was she in a set up with Obama” but that is not what you affirm.
Do you have a link to Candy saying she had the transcript in front of her…. why that would even matter one way or the other … or is your post breaking news from the Occult?
Nope, just a link to EW saying that Candy said it. The videos appear complete, and it doesn’t look like she said it. I’ve asked EW for a correction.

How often will you let “a source” do that to you?
The reality is….. the moderators should have a wealth of reference material immediately available to them to fact check what is said in real time. Too much lying going on as moderators/reporters/infotainers hardly do this at all. We see the results.
Like EW–if the fact checkers get their facts wrong, they lose credibility and viewership.
Is all a process. Beginning, middle, end==often whether we can identify those points or not.
