Sounds like a management meeting to discuss the printed PowerPoint deck about scoping out a proof of concept project to develop a white paper for creating procedures for writing policies. Or maybe a straw man.
The ‘female’ part seems pretty human to me. Exactly like most women.
Well, thats not what I meant by Watson being the kind of breakthru tech we should be investing in. Maybe “chatbox” is a clue.
Seems to me the conversation is “false.” I thought in the main, chat programs were reactive to what the other person says and aren’t supposed to on their own introduce subjects like “god.” But, contra, it could be programed to raise various issues on a random basis to see if the other person had any interest?
Too artificial==but we aren’t far off from the disjointed nonsense that goes for conversation today.

Sounds like it makes more sense – or at least as much as our talking heads / politicians
Its amazing at how much over the years they think that they can lie to us – and fly all over the place doing nothing
They and our local / national civil servants have made a livelihood at putting in time , taking great pay and benefits and even convincing themselves what a wonderful job they are doing and how the world / nation cannot live without them
