1. Skype failed on freetalking DH (Not as freetalking as No Agenda, but same JD is in both places.)
2. Microsoft acquired a patent to wiretap Skype.
3. WINNING
there has been a rash oF services/servers going down (im looking at you amazon cloud servers!)
