I wonder what Al Gore would think about this.
The chief of the world’s leading physics lab at CERN in Geneva has prohibited scientists from drawing conclusions from a major experiment. The CLOUD (“Cosmics Leaving Outdoor Droplets”) experiment examines the role that energetic particles from deep space play in cloud formation. CLOUD uses CERN’s proton synchrotron to examine nucleation.
CERN Director General Rolf-Dieter Heuer told Welt Online that the scientists should refrain from drawing conclusions from the latest experiment. “I have asked the colleagues to present the results clearly, but not to interpret them,” reports veteran science editor Nigel Calder on his blog. Why?
Because, Heuer says, “That would go immediately into the highly political arena of the climate change debate. One has to make clear that cosmic radiation is only one of many parameters.”
The unusual “gagging order” could have been issued because the results of CLOUD are really, really boring, muses Calder. Or, it could be that the experiment invites a politically unacceptable hypothesis on climate.
What a discovery! -Cosmic Rays can effect climate..

They gagged it because they know it’s true. -with a ton of prior research already in the field to back it up. How else to do you think rain making ion generators work? simplistically: an ion is charged particle.
cosmic rays are a bunch of charged particles. (or perhaps, standing waves) forming a current.
water molecules and vapor are charged as well. -hmm.. (-well, everything in the physical world has charge..)
One common denominator: -electricity.
What the CERN folks have “discovered” is part of the Electric Weather model which is part of plasma cosmology and the Electric Universe model. Which, has been around since the late 1800’s, with better understanding from the 1920’s forward..
I’ve been rattling on about this stuff for 2-3yrs here on DU.

Once you understand the model it becomes a simple matter to predict future climate and/or weather..and earth quakes too.
-this is also how those clever folks at the Farmers Almanac keep such a good track record in predicting the climate for the coming year.. -they just keep an eye on the sun and whats happening in the solar system at large..
remember kiddies, our solar system has been experiencing more energetic “cosmic rays” that past 15yrs or so.
-it’s why all the planets have been either getting warmer or giving off more energy than they receive from the sun during the same time frame. (even Pluto)
