    And look up to felons as role models.

    And be so furious that after the shackles are taken off, and Jim Crow is strongly routed but still rears its ugly head on a regular and sustained basis, that the victims of such treatment don’t thank us for our kindness.

    #6 You got it. People with traditional values think the people at the bottom should stop whining about what happened to great gandpa and start working for success.

    If nobody else will give you a hand you normally have two perfectly good ones at the ends of your arms. It was what allowed a couple of dirt poor rednecks with eighth grade educations from rural TN to send their son to college without a student loan. Hard work and being frugal. My father grew most of what we ate and mother canned or froze it even after he got a decent, by local standards, job.

    No we do not like people who make heroes out of criminals. We have no use at all for a parent that would abandon their child.

    Let’s be honest for a change. If Obama could get elected with the margin he did and enjoy the approval rating he did until people decided his politics stank then claiming you can’t do jack because you are black is a lie. Yeah I know all the whiny babies want to scream race every time somebody disagrees with his politics.

    The only way it’s race is if there is a race that wants people to have the option to better themselves and another that wants the under people to live on the dole and vote for the master race who runs the nanny state into the ground while living like gods on the public tad. The most classic case I can come up with is Nancy P. It is my understanding that her net worth has increased by about 60% in the last two years though part of that is due to her husband investing in Apple. I’m not sure where the money came from to do that.

    Congress does wonderfully on stock investments though the Senate does better than the house and the Dems were doing better than the Reps over the time period studied by then why buy Reps when they had no influence? They may be about to catch up. No it is not illegal for a Congress critter to engage in insider trading.

    I donated money to Herman Cain for President because I like most of what he says. Not sure if I want to do away with the income tax and make everything a sales tax because that would seriously nail my low income mother who is a little below the border on paying federal taxes due to low returns on her savings thanks to the fed more or less giving money to banks.

    Got a question. The gasoline tax is paying for our roads. How do we pay for the roads if we go electric? You guys fight that one out.

    So–yes, let’s all think monolithically: all black people are and claim the same as are all whites. Your mulattoes now are always a toss up.

    Idiots. but I don’t feel right now like walking you ignorant, even if well meaning, racists thru the history you so obviously don’t know.

    Instead–I just saw this guy on the tube “To the Contrary” who says that split twin studies have shown that different parenting skills have little outcome on the “character” of the kiddies involved. I love split twin studies. Turns out as I think is more often the case than not that NATURE controls pretty much over nurture–notwithstanding the severe cases. Kill your adopted twin and his nature will not have a chance to express itself as shown by his surviving twin.

    The notion is that parents do not shape their kiddies like clay who are then fire hardened into shape for the rest of their lives. Instead, kiddies are like “plastic” who will be affected by their parent figures but once out on their own, they will revert to type. This may be understood as a way to allow parents to enjoy their kiddies in a more stress free way: be good parents but don’t kill yourself and your relationship thinking its your obligation to mold your kiddie.

    I’ve always wondered why some kiddies have drunks for fathers and some kiddies thereafter take to the bottle themselves while others become tea toddlers, while others like myself only drink when thirsty.

    I think a lot of it is in our natures. It explains a lot when try as you might, the little kiddie is a bastard.

    You know, those who put X into slavery, then had the KKK terrorize anyone who wouldn’t take cents on the dollar compared to a white man, then when all the blacks left to form their own town and became very successful–lets form a terror squad and burn those uppity Negroes down. How dare they think they are as good as us? Then more recently–lets give the mother welfare but take it away if there is a man in the house. And BTW–lets criminalize black drugs of choice 10-x worse than what whitey uses and fill our jails with the blacks and then not hire anyone with a jail record in a good job.

    then let’s blame them for not trying hard enough. Sound good?

    Sinem–I thought it meant the little kiddie was fishing? Big Father’s Day Treat taking the young one fishing. Its always surprising among my high powered friends: who loves their kiddies, who can’t be bothered, and who are actually hostile. Very few clues other than statements/actions on point.

    Thank god for mommies.
