Buckle up folks, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.

    This says it all:

“Parody gets more views than real Obama launch

The National Republican Senatorial Committee’s parody of Obama’s 2012 campaign, released Friday, now has 665,000 views on YouTube.

Obama’s real launch video, released yesterday: Just 168,000.”

#30–Lou==I’m casting back to BushtheYounger and his Gitmo issue. I was against Gitmo at the time. Not anti-Bush but rather anti the notion you can play games with the Constitution and the War, habeas corpus, Geneva Conventions, UCMJ, all in support of a War we were obviously lied into and everyone excusing it by “Thats what the intelligence reports said.” All BS and hokum. So, the issue for me at any rate, was not Gitmo so much as everything that surrounded it. Don’t know what other liberals think, unlike pukes, each has their own opinion. Come to think of it, I was anti-Bush too for reasons not relevant now. Interesting I think Bush could win today as well running on his same platform. We haven’t learned a thing and compared to the total tools in the running now, Bush’s lies sound almost reasonable.

Ha, ha. What a sad/sad state of affairs.

Ah Yea–just what does the parody getting more views mean exactly? or even close? Gawd, you are simple minded.

    I want OFF THIS PLANET!!!!!

  3. MIkeN says:

Started two wars? He has already downgraded the US role in Libya, with NATO taking the lead. Now if he would just end NATO entirely…

  4. KMFIX says:

    haters gonna hate…

  5. 1873 Colt says:

I listen to John and Adam all of the time. I will be easily swayed by their views of the field.
One thing I will not be doing is voting for the Sock Monkey.

  6. Howard Beale says:

people like Alf who believe one crazy thing are very likely to believe many crazy things

  7. Tomas Jefferson says:

Doesn’t anyone understand what’s going on here?

Forget dems vs. reps or the Tea Party. It’s all about POWER!

Since the dawn of mankind, it’s always been about power and the power to control YOUR LIFE!

In the last 100 years more power has been handed over to the “puppet masters”, mostly big business, than at any other time in human history. But do we notice or DO anything about it? NO! We (Americans) continue to buy services and things from the very crooks bent on destroying our lives and we do it almost entirely out of vanity (and I’m looking right at you, you Apple fan boys!). I won’t even get into the lost jobs that those companies no longer offer to our countrymen since most of our own countrymen don’t seem to care enough to stop buying from them.

About the best we can do is to keep voting in candidates based on “sound bytes” and other feel good speech that makes us feel smart, empowered or righteous somehow. Just look at the comments HERE if you want even a sliver of an example of just how pathetically stupid we as a group are!

We don’t collectively look at the the candidate’s themselves nor what they have DONE! Because had we done THAT we wouldn’t even know who G.W. Bush were or even who B.H. Obama is.

So do ANY of you really know what the REAL issues are or what’s really at stake? I seriously doubt it. Therefore, we “stupid hoomans” deserve what we get! (Right bobo? You BOOB!)

  8. msbpodcast says:

It does’t matter… If they elect anybody we know we’ve lost.

  9. bobbo, had enough dogma today? says:

TEAdud==you are quite correct. The majority of people WANTED single payer/universal healthcare coverage. If Obama ever forced anything, THAT would have been the thing to force, but as he has done in all things, he “compromised” with you pukes, only to be criticized for it.

You all are just a bunch of lying posturing hypocrits out to ruin America. See you in the poor house once the pukes transfer all the wealth to the SuperRich.

Voting against your own self interest and proud of it. Fool.

  10. TooManyPuppies says:

So many cultists in here. If you truly love this country, please commit suicide.

  11. LibertyLover says:

The problem isn’t whether it is democrat or republican. The problem is laziness and greed. The American public in general expects their bread and circuses. That’s all well and good if you have the money for it. But we don’t anymore.

    http://tinyurl.com/3s93ds8

More Americans work for the government than work in construction, farming, fishing, forestry, manufacturing, mining and utilities combined.

How did it get to this? Where is the money coming from to pay for this?!?!

For all the fighting that occurs on this board the one constant is everybody here cares about what is happening. Whether right or wrong, in their heart they care.

The problem is it’s easier to sit on this board and care then to actually get out and do something about it. If each of you would quit your current job and start a company that actually produced a good (not a service), it might start a trend.

Unless you think you aren’t smart enough to start a company, there is NO REASON to complain and not do something about it.

What say you, all? Are you onboard with this? Do you want to turn this country around? If so, don’t just whine about it. Do something!

Put some people to work. Generate some tax revenue. And don’t ship your jobs overseas.

  12. Dallas says:

Lord, Alphie is now on the birth certificate conspiracy, grasping at straws. Throw everything at the wall to see what sticks. Well, it ain’t gonna.

Get used to the negro for another term and your death panel is being assembled.

  13. Dallas says:

#56 ok that was a funny picture. I’ll totally do that for fun and dress to look like you. Sheeple!

  14. bobbo, had enough dogma today? says:

#55–Loser==you say “do something.” as in start a manufacturing business? thats so retarded.

Do something: vote Democratic because the Pukes are out to Kill You.

    Fine tuning to follow.

  15. Howard Beale says:

people like Alph who believe one crazy thing are very likely to believe many crazy things

as a birther you fit in I guess its nice that you found a place where you feel you belong.

as to his birth certificate one of two things are probably true and only one thing that counts IS true

the pice of paper given to his parents at the hospital in Hawaii is lost a hippy mom and out of town dad might not have kept very good care of their important papers or he has it but because his dad checked Muslim in a box people might not be able to handle it.

what counts is the conservative US Supreme Court said he is eligible
Alph hates our country when ever he cant get his way.

  16. jman says:

“I’m ready for another GOP smackdown”-Dallass

you mean like the one you got in Nov of ’10?

  17. Animby says:

    # 39 MIkeN said, “He has already downgraded the US role in Libya, with NATO taking the lead.”

One important point, Mike – the USA “IS” NATO. Always has been. In any case, NATO was designed to protect it’s members from attack. Tell me what part of bombing Libya falls under that mission?

  18. JimD says:

No, I don’t think it will be “bumpy” – the Repukes have NOTHING !!! A flock of Garden Gnome wannabees !!! Obama will win by default !!! Too bad for us Obama turned out to be another Corporate Stooge !!!

  19. bobbo, had enough dogma today? says:

#63–Animby==I saw Bolton last night claim that if Kdaffy wasn’t taken out that he will restart his nuclear program putting the world (whoever!) at risk. It will be a “terrible defeat for America’s Prestige if Kdaffy is not removed from power.” (read: Obama fails).

Cheney, or was it Rove?==I always get them confused, was only a half step more subtle. The fear mongering is so pathetically obvious I’m surprised the bobble heads don’t start laughing out loud. I suppose, thats what makes them professionals.

  20. MIkeN says:

#63, The US s NATO, except Obama has downgraded the US role within NATO as well. The other countries are not happy about this. Now if he would dump Kosovo as well…

  21. MIkeN says:

TEA dude, has it occurred to you that maybe the birth certificate just has some embarrassing things on it, not relevant to Obama’s eligibility or presidency?

  22. MIkeN says:

I an a birther. Why would Obama write a poem titled Pop about his grandpa, as the official story goes? The Pop in the story definitely isn’t his father. Who is the real father? And what’s with the strange lines in the middle there? Was his grandfather a pervert?

    Two poems written by Obama:

    “Underground”

    Under water grottos, caverns
    Filled with apes
    That eat figs.
    Stepping on the figs
    That the apes
    Eat, they crunch.
    The apes howl, bare
    Their fangs, dance,
    Tumble in the
    Rushing water,
    Musty, wet pelts
    Glistening in the blue.

    “Pop”

Sitting in his seat, a seat broad and broken
    In, sprinkled with ashes,
    Pop switches channels, takes another
Shot of Seagrams, neat, and asks
What to do with me, a green young man
    Who fails to consider the
Flim and flam of the world, since
    Things have been easy for me;
I stare hard at his face, a stare
    That deflects off his brow;
I’m sure he’s unaware of his
    Dark, watery eyes, that
    Glance in different directions,
    And his slow, unwelcome twitches,
    Fail to pass.
    I listen, nod,
Listen, open, till I cling to his pale,
    Beige T-shirt, yelling,
Yelling in his ears, that hang
With heavy lobes, but he’s still telling
His joke, so I ask why
He’s so unhappy, to which he replies…
But I don’t care anymore, cause
He took too damn long, and from
Under my seat, I pull out the
Mirror I’ve been saving; I’m laughing,
Laughing loud, the blood rushing from his face
To mine, as he grows small,
A spot in my brain, something
That may be squeezed out, like a
    Watermelon seed between
    Two fingers.
    Pop takes another shot, neat,
    Points out the same amber
Stain on his shorts that I’ve got on mine, and
Makes me smell his smell, coming
From me; he switches channels, recites an old poem
He wrote before his mother died,
    Stands, shouts, and asks
For a hug, as I shink, my
    Arms barely reaching around
His thick, oily neck, and his broad back; ‘cause
I see my face, framed within
    Pop’s black-framed glasses
    And know he’s laughing too.

Emperor Turhan: “How will this end?”

    Kosh: “With fire”

  24. Bob says:

Thats funny, with all the handouts, daily seeming speeches, pointless tours all over the place at taxpayer expense and did I mention the huge money handouts? I coulda sworn he’s been running his 2012 campaign since he was sworn in.

  25. SimonSezz says:

    Jesse Ventura 2012

  26. chuck says:

And he’s got his first endorsement from an important world leader:

Qaddafi has written to President Obama:

“Our dear son, Excellency, Baraka Hussein Abu oumama, your intervention is the name of the U.S.A. is a must, so that Nato (NATO) would withdraw finally from the Libyan affair…”

“Despite all this you will always remain our son whatever happened. We still pray that you continue to be president of the U.S.A. We Endeavour and hope that you will gain victory in the new election campaigne.”

  27. Dallas says:

    Here’s to peace on earth

  28. MIkeN says:

Such as maybe his father is not Mr Hussein Obama.

  29. MIkeN says:

You need to realize your own stupidity. Why do you think Obama is going out of his way to keep this issue in the news? HIS governor brought up the detail out of the blue, we can’t find his birth certificate. Chris Matthews plays it up.
Lawrence ODonnell. He knows what Bush knew before him. It is one thing when you are a candidate, but now that he is president, people will judge him based on that. Liberals never understood that it didn’t matter if Bush was AWOL from the Vietnam War, the issue was that Kerry is AWOL from this war. It didn’t help that they were pushing forged memos.
