Given the officer never established control over Santa, I assume this is fake. For being “scripted,” not that funny as a result.
If it is real, for his own safety and for that of future Santa’s, the cop needs a refresher course.
The “driving erratically on Nicholas St.” at the beginning was too cute by half.
I don’t think that’s the real Santa.

They didn’t taze him or use mace on him so this was a total fake and/or not in the states.In the states this guy would have been wearing handcuffs so fast he’d never have known what hit him.
It’s unbelievable how much nicer the police are in the UK (and the world), then in UsA. Could you imagine this same scene in NY or NJ?
