IDAHO – Idaho State Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash caused by a coyote. The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday on westbound Interstate-84 near New Plymouth. A woman driving in a Ford Focus heading east on I-84 swerved to avoid hitting a coyote and went through the median into the westbound lanes of traffic.
Her vehicle struck the rear axle of a tractor-trailer heading west on I-84. A second tractor-trailer heading west struck debris in the roadway and was damaged. No one was injured and police do not believe alcohol was a factor.
Meep-meep.
Hey, its Halloween. Shouldn’t that be the theme rather than the Arizona Election this year?
I just saw Elvira last night after a long hiatus. Must be something short out there with her other than her dress?
I used to like Road Runner. Not so much now.
I’m a huge fan of the Chuck M. Jones era of Warner Bros cartoons. This new cartoon is brilliant and had me in hysterics.
Thank you.
The coyote caused the accident? Umm, no. The woman choosing to swerve through a median and into a tractor-trailer rather than taking the life of Wile E. is the cause. You can be sure the Road Runner wouldn’t have swerved if he’d been driving the Focus.
Wiley Coyote versus trucks or trains, versus Bungee Cords and gravity.
The Road Runner always wins, as does the Acme Company.
In related news, a judge ruling has allowed the damaged parties to proceed with their lawsuit against the coyote. One of the lawyers was quoted as saying,” We are also looking into the assets of the Acme Company which may be indirectly responsible for causing the accident.”.
It is not unusual to go after parties with deep pockets in cases like this.
An Acme Company representative was not available for a response.
“police do not believe alcohol was a factor.”
How do sobriety test a coyote?
Cars bad, Coyotes good! Woo Woo!
I love the Superbird yellow Lambo at about 1:40. Or is it the 2013 Superbird?
Didn’t know they were still cranking out Roadrunners. CGI animation now but still funny as hell.
That’s All Folks.
Great cartoon.
Ahhhhhh, I wish they would go and redo all the old Warner Bro’s stuff in computer animation. Especially RoadRunner. I would really look forward to Saturday mornings again. Go back to being a kid, sitting in front of the TV all morning in PJ’s eating cereal. LOL
Looney Tunes is making a comeback. There is a god, or at least a dog.
