“Global warming undeniable says NG.” But not irrefutable. I love how so-called scientists resort of non-scientific terms, when it comes to rescuing support of some cash cow of theirs, that’s quickly going south. Besides. What they’re not saying, is that even if there is a clear temperature trend. It’s never been proven that human activity is to blame. Or that changing human activity will reverse it. They just hope we’ll all jump to that conclusion. Also, not scientific. Bad science.
“Mars Rover to die soon.” And what did we learn from it, from all those years of trundling about? One thing for sure. That the smallest, and perhaps most fragile robot, can survive far longer on Mars, than any human. So why aren’t we sending any more? Did they expect the one robot to cover the whole planet? Of course NASA still would rather spend the money preparing for a manned mission. I say “prepare”, because it just isn’t ever going to happen for real. But they’re happy to take the money preparing, anyway.
And when I install and register software it sends data to the USA. The “suspicious activity” mentioned involved sending the Android phone’s IMEI, number and voicemail iD when you install their software. This is very much routine when you register a product online. Coincidentally, and I am not suggesting this is related, Apple released the iPhone 4 on the global market this week. And Apple does not like to share a market place.
Last fucking time! Summer ends SEPTEMBER 22nd!
it’s not over! Summer BREAK might be almost over but we are half-way into the season. Are you saying you’re still in school John?
John procasinates upgrading to Android 2.2 Can’t get wifi sharing to work on his current version. “Never got that to work with some of the add-in stuff, maybe this will work better” Meanwhile John shuns increasing wifi access to pubic areas, claiming he’ll witness many deaths.
Android sends data to China. John’s solution? “don’t download”
Microsoft and RIM trying to do tablets. John forgets to mention they are trying to catch up with Apple.
Glad John is here to remind me why I don’t want an Android phone! Thank god it’s the end of summer! I hope John has a retirement plan…
Ballmer and MSFT Pad ??? Only after they take apart an iPad !!! Has M$ ever “Innovated” – except in PR and Legal Whining ?
