    HTC is lucky to be able to find their own phones just to ship them. After 3 months with this garbage our provider took them back and gave us Blackberrys. No charge, other than incredible frustration on both our parts.

    No more hiccups in the sound (not even in the intro music), but the volume is so low! (Except in the ads, of course…)

    I want more info on Sebastian Rupley. Is he really working in a rug cleaning business in San Jose? That is hard to believe.

    After watching Sebastian on this show for the past several years, we deserve to hear more about what happened to him.
