A dog that has been seen at nearly every demonstration in Athens over the last two years has turned up again during the recent protests against new austerity measures
I wonder what kind of animal mascot the US will have at its riots when the mess in Greece cascades through Europe and comes to America?
Free lunch. Isn’t that why people protest?
Photoshopped anyone?
Why is police on the Greek shield’s?
I’d bring my dog for U.S. protests but he may side with the police.
Internet Myth
If it was the U.S. the cops would have killed that dog. It just the way the U.S. rolls.
It’s not even the same dog.
Teabaggers will produce their usual – chickenshit.
The cops in the U.S. are REAL fascists. Those Greek cops are just pussies.
This is a no brainer as it will be Whatizit the 1996 Olympic mascot:

Uncle Dave naively asks the question: I wonder what kind of animal mascot the US will have at its riots when the mess in Greece cascades through Europe and comes to America?
It is not coming to America – it is already here!
Check out the financial disaster known as California (the state union’s retirement programs are are $500 billion in the hole)
Check out the basket-case formerly known as Detroit (bulldozing blocks of homes because no one will live in them, let alone buy them)
And of course, the financial nightmare we are all facing courtesy of Obama’s bootstraps.
But according to the administration, 10% unemployment is just fine because of all the people who suddenly started looking for jobs.
Re: Uncle Dave, “I wonder what kind of animal mascot the US will have at its riots when the mess in Greece cascades through Europe and comes to America?”
A chihuahua?

San Diego Chicken with a guillotine in a sports stadium. I would pay good money to see politicians and corrupt law enforcement officials lose their heads. Bring some buttered popcorn and beer.
#11: Where exactly are the riots? Other than Tea Partiers and other Republicans occasionally fighting each other, I don’t seem to recall any.
… an illegal chihuahua?
#8 You really should check the news on occasion. The most likely people to take part in violent protests are progressives and their friends.
As for the word police. A lot of English words are loan words from Greek/Latin. In fact I’m guessing it is a connected to the Greek word for a city state. From Wiki answers: In Greek the city as a human entity is the polis, from the word for “many.” As bricks and mortar, it is the asty.
What do we want?
Milk Bones!!!!!!
When do we want them?
NOW!!!!!
