  1. Buzz says:

    Earthquake machine? Are you mad?

    (Rhetorical question.)

  2. Buzz says:

Sometimes Curry can miss the point, or a whole bunch of them in a row.

Consider what happens to an airliner descending in fog that clips the top of a tree with, say, its left wing just a few meters before the landing gear would have impacted, at a point solid enough to tear through and spin the entire rest of the plane.

Oh! The nose is NOT the first part of the fuselage to impact the ground, and thus isn’t as damaged. The only conspiracy was perpetrated by Big Tree, not KGB 2.5.

Every single thing in the world is a conspiracy to Adam. Including this note. Next theory: certain people are out to GET him.

    Nice voice, though.

  3. Lou Minatti says:

    Earthquake machine? Are you mad?

If you listen closely you can often hear why Adam forms his bizarre theories. If you need a hint, think about what young tourists like to do in Amsterdam.

  4. yankinwaoz says:

I agree… sometimes Adam takes “facts” way out of context. That I am glad John is there to point out the flaws in his “logic”.

I found it hilarious how Adam was ranting about how long the runway was at the airport where that Polish VIP plane crashed. But 5 minutes earlier Adam said the plane was below and way to the right of the glide path. The plane didn’t crash on the runway, so the length was irrelevant. It doesn’t matter how long the runway is if you don’t use it.

I also found it odd that Adam was talking about the reliability of that plane. It was pretty clear that the problem was pilot error, not equipment failure. Once again, irrelevant. The finest plane in the world can’t survive a pilot who flies it into the ground.

  5. Todd Peterson says:

    Adam is getting really tiresome.

There are so much nonsense spewing out of him.

Also he claims to know ” a thing or two” about aviation, but he has obviously never heard of a FLIGHT PLAN where also the number of souls on board the aircraft is reported.

  6. yankinwaoz says:

#5… yea. I thought the same thing.

In addition to flight plans, passenger manifests are also transmitted to immigration at the port of entry so they know who is coming in. Between that, and the flight plan, the Russians had a precise number of passengers on the plane. Because there were no survivors, that number was the number killed.

Very simple is these days of email and Internet based applications.

  7. Lou Minatti says:

I finally got a chance to listen to the whole show today and it was actually a pretty good one.

John leavened Adam’s batshit crazy stuff pretty well, and if you don’t take Adam seriously he’s fun to listen to.
