POW Escapes is a “Reality Tourism” experience. A World War Two prisoner of war camp of the type operated by the German Luftwaffe in World War Two has been recreated near Warsaw in Poland, and our goal is give people the chance to experience what it was like for Prisoners of War in these “Stalag Luft” camps. Everything in and around the camp has been faithfully recreated in consultation with experts and veterans.
Lest anyone think this might be in bad taste:
POW Escapes does not support, condone or endorse the actions of the Nazis or any other extremist political or racist organization past or present.
“I order you to have fun!”
Anyone who signs up deserves to be sent there immediately.
Don’t worry, it’s only a shower.
German POW camps, particularly the officer camps run by the Luftwaffe were apparently pretty nice, all things considering.
If they want to make an experience to really remember, they should make a Japanese POW camp simulator. Lol.
Nazi’s really could be a lot of fun when they cut loose. Except for the unfortunate death camp thing.

“Schultz: Col. Hogan if you ever escape…
Hogan: Yeah?
Schultz: Be a good fellow and take me with you.”
Do they throw in the “Stanford Prison Experiment experience” for free? Or is that an add-on?
Do you get to try to tunnel out? If you get caught do they put you in the cooler with a baseball and Steve McQueen?
Let’s all pitch in and get this gift for Pedro. It’s hard to get something for those that have everything.
How about a rendition camp?
All you’d need: rented storage locker, burlap sack, bucket of water, CD of babies crying, a stun gun, and a roll of duct tape.
I could do something like that for $2999, plus you’d save on airfare to and from Poland.
Probably no buffet and you have to ride on a packed train to get there.
The Nazis didn’t run POW camps, the Luftwaffe did. But, let’s not let facts get in the way of a good, sensationalistic headline
The whole idea is sick… in a bad way.
I’ll lock someone in my basement and yell at them a lot for only $2999. Its a bargain, folks.
You can “check out” any time you like, but you can never leave…
I doubt it’s any worse than this:
