Touch screen PCs are available now (HP had one out about a year ago), but who would want all the greasy fingerprints on their screens?

  2. Mr Cisse says:

What movie is that? (next time we do this in the lobby)

  3. Somebody_Else says:

7 is pretty much identical to Vista in terms of performance. Both are faster than XP on modern hardware. Anything about gaming being in a “sorry state” is misguided or simply FUD.

  4. jescott418 says:

About Windows 7 and gaming. I thought PC gaming was dead anyway.
I mean go into any GameStop and their is maybe one display of PC games. Its pretty much done!

  5. FRAGaLOT says:

PC Gaming isn’t dead, talk to Blizzard about that. RTS, and MMOs, are still very popular on PCs, and even new games are still being made for it, like Borderlands.

But games run just fine on Windows 7. However the performance of Win7 isn’t identical to Vista it’s vastly improved, but still a touch slower than XP. However XP is still stuck in DirectX 9.

  6. hhopper says:

Thousands of PC games are available on line.
