This clip was not funny at all. I did get the call back reference when Stewie did the same thing to Brian. This just looks like Window 7 paid for product placement. You would expect Stewie to make fun of Win7.
This is actually the exact same scene where Stewie made his own music video for “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You”. And yes, it’s a reference they use often enough that everyone will get it

This is clearly a joke. Either Microsoft is entirely stupid or Seth and FOX secretly are promoting Apple computers. Who would be impressed that Windows 7 allows you to “twitter”.
