  1. qb says:

Ralph, fundamentalists (left or right, religious or atheist) are predictable and boring. In a nutshell, they are not funny.

Try a little experiment. Make a satirical, but not personal, joke about a fundamentalist group. The thinking will go like this:

    He’s attacking my religion.
Which means, he’s attacking my faith.
    Therefore, he’s attacking me.

It’s always predictable what happens next. Religion doesn’t always imply a church – PETA is a religion just like any other.

  2. qb says:

P.S. BTW Ralph, you sound like a nice guy. That’s a good place to be.

  3. MikeN says:

Maybe because their protest signs aren’t professionally printed like at the staged Lefty rent-a-protest?

  4. Skool Marm says:

Because they just aren’t that bright.

  5. Rick Cain says:

Geez, even anarchist learns how to spell Anarchy.

Rightwingers tend to not be the sharpest knives in the knife block to be sure of.

Most of the time they don’t even understand what they are protesting, they just think glenn beck is such a nice man he seems to make sense and they should do what he says.

  6. noname says:

Yea, I am still trying to understand if being a “Conservative Protesters” is a genetic disorder or just a series of brain farts.

Can an MRI tell if they really do have shit for brains?

  7. ECA says:

tHIS REALLY LOOKS LIKE rich FOLKS THINKING OF WHAT poor PEOPLE MIGHT WRITE..

  8. Ralph, the Bus Driver says:

    #72, qb,

Religion doesn’t always imply a church – PETA is a religion just like any other.

Oh yes, I totally agree. On the weekend we were in a chain restaurant for dinner. The way those People Eating Tasty Animals were worshiping their steaks, ribs, and wings was amazing.

Ok, so I got religious with my ribs too. I confess. I succumbed to their heavenly delights. Their savory, sweet, mouth watering, meat falling off the bones, … . And hey, those spuds were pretty good too. But the meat, …

It’s been a while now, but I would like to try some more Swiss Chalet again. Next time I’m up your way. 😉

Good point you bring up. Quite unlike this pedro guy. The only point he has is the one under his hat. He strikes me as the type who doesn’t eat shit sandwiches because he is gluten intolerant.

  9. mark says:

Wow, a whole blog post devoted to grammar policing? Only on Dvorak.

  10. Qon Quixote says:

Not the lack of expertise in spelling, the lack of intellect in understanding that frightens me.
