    Poor Matrox.

    The chip sounds interesting.

  3. Glenn E. says:

I suspect that China will build those wind turbine fields, and power them to blow their dense air pollution across the ocean to the US. Who could prove they weren’t pumping power into the fans, rather than sucking power from them?

  4. Improbus says:

Six monitors you say … that would be perfect for my mad scientist/super villain lair {did I write that out loud?}.

If this is a Windows driver I would hope that the profile issues has been fixed in either Win or on the card. The problem with XP is that a card that has multiple slots shows up as one profile in widows so you can’t use software calibration like Spyder Pro. (If this has been fixed in Vista or Win7 stop reading here.) It will apply the changes to all screens on a card and that defeats the point. Had a 3 screen setup for a while for post production work on stills and could only rely on 2 of them, 1 on the dual card and one on a single. It is funny how much difference there is from monitor to monitor. The 3 I had were Dells with consecutive serial numbers. Night and day between each one.

Should keep the Shuttles running just to service the Hubble !!! One of NASA’s few systems doing real science !!!
