DISCLAIMER: The following is from preacher James David Manning, who apparently does not like Obama and never did. This video was done long before the election, so he is no newcomer to this position. This guy was highlighted on today’s No Agenda and he kept using this term “long-legged Mack Daddy” in reference to Obama. Here he defines in great detail the term and it has nothing to do with Obama having long legs. I run it because it does have some interesting cultural relevance.

This sort of thing will increase as time goes by. Some will find this perspective offensive (and tedious).

  1. bobbo, loving words including slang says:

“interesting cultural relevance” /// Well, “maybe” but all I heard was meaningless blah, blah, blah BS==but I did quit after 4 minutes.

If any more hardy soul can last to the end, please list whatever JCD might be referring to? Might be a stretch as he didn’t bullet anything himself.

    JCD—as lazy as a black minister’s oblation?

  2. McCullough says:

    From the Urban Dictionary:

    mack daddy

A pimpalicous man who gets anything he wants (ie, sex, money, clothing, cars etc).

    Now can someone define pimpalicios?

  3. Kim Helliwell says:

    Ninja Words sez:

    Pimp, esp a prosperous one.
    or:
    A flirtatious and seductive man.

So I guess I get the point, and don’t need to listen to the bloviation of this guy.

  4. Eric says:

    Interesting (…) relevance?

I think JCD is loosing “interesting relevance”.

  5. chuck says:

Well let’s see: politicians screw us, and take our money, and allow corporations and special interest groups to screw us and take our money.

So that makes us the whores and the politicians are the pimps. And the top pimp is the President – after all he convinces us to give him money to get elected, takes more money (to do whatever he wants) and then takes credit for when things are good and blames the last pimp for all the problems.

So, currently, Obama is the long-legged Mack Daddy. (Most successful pimp so far.)

And why didn’t Hillary win? because most guys won’t admit they like it when she uses the strap-on.

  6. As someone who took ethnic studies during the Eldridge Cleaver era at Berkeley, I find this interesting. Bobbo and Eric, you can get back to Sesame Street.

  7. cmon says:

The style is fascinating. And it is definitely educational, no matter who the subject is. He has much more on Youtube–he’s pretty nasty to Michelle and Obama’s mamma. Quite a character.

  8. noneofyourbusiness says:

Since when is Mike Singletary a preacher?

Did he quit coaching the 49ers?

  9. John C. Qwerty says:

I first read the headline as essentially “Preacher calls Obama – Daddy Long Legs”. Now THAT would be offensive! 🙂

  10. mattarse says:

“There greatest virtue” I find that a funny way to put it.

  11. Named says:

    6 JCD,

    You took ethnic studies? Sheesh…

Trying to get busy with some hot chocolate? Or was there nothing interesting at Berkeley?

  12. jescott418 says:

It is interesting to say the least his explanation. I don’t think I have heard any Black person talk so negatively about Obama. But I do give him some credit because I have heard other rumblings about his cut throat way of doing business. He is rather cold behind closed doors. In fact as I hear more about the people he has in his circle I am more concerned that he was elected for the wrong reasons. Which would not be the first time in American politics. I actually think American’s do very little to understand a candidate and its one reason even our popular president eventually drop in approval ratings. After its all said and done we really don’t agree totally with him. Sure you will get your die hards that would support him no matter what. Almost like my grandfather supported a particular car make even though he would quietly admit their junk. I think this country we do so much better if we had no parties and only had candidates.

  13. Alex says:

Wow, this guy is the definition of saying a lot while also saying very little. He repeats his definition of a Mack Daddy twice, but takes so long in doing so it I almost went to sleep the first time. It’s baffling why you thought you needed to link to this, John. I think the urban dictionary has more cultural reference than this blowhard.

  14. cornholer says:

I love this guy. He is funny as hell. He is also the anti-christ to the fools on the far left. Nothing worse than a minority who fails to fall to their knees and say “yes master” when it comes to following in lock step with the far left ideology. Nice kick to the balls John to the fools who always have something to say about everything but could not find their ass with both hands and a flash light.

  15. Alex.. this is here for referential reasons and is linked to the upcoming NoAgenda show in the show notes (when they appear). It may not make a lot of sense out of context as to why it is here.

I think we’ll be seeing more blacks cropping up who are anti-Obama which is healthy, but may come as a shock to some.

  16. Awake says:

    Hmmm…. I need an idea for a blog post… let me see…

I should post a really old video of some nut ranting about Obama. That will do it…

Hmmm… a black self declared ‘preacher’ that belongs to no church but the one that he made up himself… that is the best I can find… he does sound like a raving lunatic but… he is anti-Obama like me… hmmm…

I know… I should score and interview with Charles Manson and ask him his opinion about Obama… that should be a perfectly valid perspective… or maybe interview that guy that kidnapped a little girl, raped her repeatedly for 18 years and fathered two kids with her… I should ask him what he thinks of Obama…. oh wait… I know… I know… that super anti-gay church leader that demonstrates at soldiers funerals… he is a ‘minister’ so his views on Obama should be given respect and publicity.

Never mind… I’ll just post a clip of the crazy black preacher and call it editorial commentary…

  17. cornholer says:

I told you John, the loons on the far left will have none of this. They have pulled out the whip and are scaring the backs of this “negro” who dare speak against the progressive ideology. Becareful, you know the penalty for freeing slaves right?

  18. soundwash says:

I think his attack on the media was funnier. (starts around 6:00)

  19. Faxon says:

A black person who is not on his knees in front of BO? Refreshing! And if all of you libs here think there is nothing dark (no pun) about BO, you are extremely naive.

  20. sam says:

Okay so blacks are 12.8 percent of population but 42 percent of prisons whites are 40 percent of prisons mexicans, hispanic, asians make up the rest. Blacks murder seven times the white rate and commit armed robbery eight times the white rate.

I am confused because Will Smith saved the entire planet in several movies!

    http://www.google.com/search?q=blacks+murder+seven+times+white+rate&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

I told all this to my Bartender I also included The knoxville Horror and The Wichita Massacre. He said so what are we supposed to hate black people? I said well that is a personal opinion but you should tell your children to stay away from them!

  21. Faxon says:

By the way, before got the nomination, I was in a radio studio. There were three people in it. One was the talk show host, one was me, (shooting it for tv), and the third was BO. I spoke to him briefly during a commercial break, and he just glared at me in silence for being impudent enough to talk to his holiness. He struck me as very very arrogant and creepy. He is a slick actor, and America has fallen for his act. Anyone else here who kisses his ass that has been alone with him in a small room?

  22. Somebody says:

This guy seems to loose track of the fact that it is just a metaphor that he came up with. I’ve never heard a serious claim that Obama ever sold poontang. Some have suggested that he dealt a little crack but that’s different. (And probably a better metaphor.)

  23. Olo Baggins of Bywater says:

cornholer says: …following in lock step with the far left ideology.

    Huh? You’re projecting.

  24. Qon Quixote says:

Another case of John expressing his dislike for the black guy who cost him money when he bet against him. John, Beck and Rush, the triad is moving O’Reilly into 4th place.

  25. Floyd says:

#27: I suspect that Manning must have had a substantial bet with someone that Obama was going to lose, and of course he lost his bet. Sooooo…he’s trying another bet to try to gain back his losses.

  26. DieFundie says:

Honey, I’m home. Can I touch your greatest virtue?

  27. bobbo, in all good faith says:

“I run it because it does have some interesting cultural relevance.” /// Ok, I finished watching the whole thing. I don’t see ANY cultural relevance much less anything interesting. It takes 5 seconds to give the definition of a Mack Daddy. This guy took 8 minutes to add in that Obama’s Mamma was a whore and his Daddy a Pimp? Now, that could be “relevant” only if it was true unless your relevant point is that all preachers are nuts?

Hey!!! It is relevant. Son-a-gun. Learn something new everyday, every post.

  28. Shapey Fiend says:

Mack Daddy was a member of the group Kriss Kross. The other one was called Daddy Mack.

  29. JimB says:

Boring, Nothing this psuedo preacher says is interesting. As for how it is interesting that some blacks don’t like Obama, just where have you been? Notable examples: Obama’s old minister and the Republican National Chairman
