  4. McCullough says:

#3. He was fine till he killed the cooling fan, now it just seems hopeless.

  6. tjmcgee says:

Not sure why he wouldn’t take the hard drive and CDROM drive out the right way. You can get an external firewire or usb enclosure for 10 bucks. It was probably an 80 gig hard drive.

  7. Now THAT’S entertainment!

  8. matt says:

Oh Ice-T, why did you just consult the Apple service manual for proper disassembling?

LMAO this video is great. especially the, “i’m going to take this back to Apple and see if they can fix it.”

  9. Jägermeister says:

  10. KAMV says:

I want to see the video of him walking into the local Apple Store and saying, “I need to get this M* F* fixed, now.”

    Oh shit….cooling prongs.

  12. looney says:

About four months ago, a friend gave me a dead G4 Mac, thinking I might spend some time and repair it. I hate Apple shit, so I applied the same type of instrument this guy did, only I simply beat the shit out it for about ten minutes. It felt great. I kept thinking of all the fanboys I would piss off. I placed the destroyed piece of crap on my workbench, and left it there for about a month. It looked great.

If his acting career goes south he could always get a job with the Geek Squad.

It does not look like the hard disk was damaged too much if at all, I wonder what goodies he left in there to be analyzed.

  17. Matrixghost1286 says:

Wonder if a new song title on next album could be
    “Mac Killer”?

  18. Luc says:

Basically, a gangsta culture rapper dispensing his toilet-grade language while he wrecks a piece of equipment that could have been put to constructive use by a destitute youth or assistance institution, and the leader of this blog says “now THAT’s entertainment.”

Meanwhile, the same blog leader finds some reason to criticize modern schools that are spawning stupid kids in America.

Yep, that’s how the world rolls.

  19. barovelli says:

    STOP!!

    Hammer Time

  20. theBadSteveO says:

Hmmm, he mentioned he was near the garbage cans so he could throw the components away, but then he said he was planning on taking it back to Mac to repair it. I certainly hope he didn’t toss that in the garbage. E-waste dumping is illegal in most large cities in the US.

  21. The Warden says:

It’s illegal to dump electronics, such as computer parts (especially Mother Boards which contain TOXIC parts) into the trash. Ice T should be arrested for what he just did.

  23. Cap'nKangaroo says:

Maybe he could have called Patrick Norton to bring over his sledgehammer. Or David Letterman when Late Night would use an asphalt roller to destroy things.

  24. stana2z says:

Made me sick. Had to stop watching.

  25. deowll says:

I have a great deal of confidence in his method of trashing his data. Hit the drive hard with a hammer a few times.

This machine was of little use to anyone if the video part was bad. My old HP held up longer. A lot longer. About 9 years so far not that I use it often anymore.

  26. Ron Larson says:

*sob*… it was like watching the cash-for-clunker videos of cars being euthanized.

He should have drilled a hole through the HDD if he was concerned about it. It looks like me like he failed to destroy it.

  27. Vic-20 says:

If only he’d taken that hammer to his idiot wife Coco. Of course the hammer would have probably bounced off her enormously fake rack and hit him in the face.

  28. madtruckman says:

i bet the best buy geek squad would hire him….

  29. Alphanumeric says:

I’m pretty sure he was just making sure that the “Home Movies” he made with his wife, weren’t going to be discovered.

(I mean have you SEEN his wife!? Yowza!!!)

  30. Zybch says:

#29 not if he used the claw end. She’d have popped in that case.
