#1 Great question. You would need to refer to an altogether different and much simpler flow chart – but YES!
The alternate flow chart is not quite as simple as the gay flowchart but way less decision points.
According to the chart, she has to be too drunk to give consent. More likely the chart should be called “Is It Date Rape?”
